(Dec. 8, 2020) — After The Post & Email released a comprehensive article on Monday pointing out, with considerable evidence, that the Dennis Montgomery-inspired “Hammer” narrative was reported by others prior to March 2017, “The American Report“‘s Twitter account again insisted it “broke THE HAMMER story wide open” that month as well as new ground with Montgomery’s newest claim that he designed software called “SCORECARD” which allegedly altered “millions of votes” in the November 3 presidential election.
A former NSA and CIA contractor, Montgomery has been claiming for at least seven years that the government super-computer he alleges he built, “The Hammer,” has carried out all types of illegal activity on American citizens in apparent coordination with the headlines of the time.
His reported new claim, issued by The American Report on October 31, 2020, to have invented vote-tampering software to work in concert with The Hammer has been advanced across the internet as an explanation for why Trump was leading in all six “swing” states on Election Day but reportedly “lost” the election to Democrat Joe Biden on November 4.
As with many others over nearly two decades, Montgomery’s claims on this newest front remain fascinating to many yet uncorroborated and lacking evidence.
Montgomery has been asked, and even ordered by a federal judge, to produce software he claimed to have invented but has mysteriously not done so.
For unknown reasons, those perpetrating the latest Hammer/SCORECARD tale are thoroughly invested in the narrative despite a lack of proof and the credibility issues Montgomery inevitably brings to the assertions he makes based on his lengthy history of failing to provide evidence to support them.
Rather than reading and considering the indisputable facts presented in our report, Brannon Howse of WVW-TV & Radio, which appears to be the new home of The American Report‘s authors, Mary Fanning and Alan Jones, has deemed our research “fake news” and the work of the CIA.
A Twitter user who goes by the name “TrenchCoxe” urged Howse to interview Mike Zullo, former Obama birth-certificate investigator and The Post & Email’s source regarding Montgomery’s “Hammer” narrative as it existed in 2014. At the beginning of that year, then-Sheriff Joseph Arpaio hired Montgomery to work as a confidential informant with Zullo and a detective to oversee the project. In November 2015, Zullo testified in a federal courtroom about his interactions with Montgomery, during which time Stephen Lemons, then writing for The Phoenix New Times, reported Montgomery’s claims that “The Hammer” had spied extensively on American citizens, including Arpaio, Trump and “Infowars” host Alex Jones, among others.
Over the last several weeks, Fanning and Jones claimed they “broke the story in 2015,” although they now state something different.
Ironically, it was Zullo who said more than 18 months ago on Carl Gallups’s “Freedom Friday” show that during the birth-certificate probe, he alarmingly discovered that the CIA has personnel “embedded in media newsrooms” across the country. The Post & Email is aware of and has reported on the CIA’s “Project Mockingbird” to which Howse apparently referred in his tweet.
As readers of this publication are aware, the mainstream media refused to report that the investigation Zullo led for more than five years determined, with the corroboration of two outside experts working from different disciplines, that the “long-form” birth certificate said to represent Barack Hussein Obama’s original birth record from Hawaii determined the image to be a “computer-generated forgery.” In addition, Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form was deemed a “hard-copy forgery.”
In interviews with Gallups, Zullo hinted at those he might find responsible for the forgery or having a role in its creation with, “all roads are going to lead back to John Brennan.”
Brennan was Obama’s CIA director from 2013 through January 2017, when Trump took office. In 2018, the Trump administration revoked Brennan’s security clearance, and since the media proclaimed Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 presidential election, Brennan has called for Trump’s immediate removal from the White House.
In 2011, Trump was a central figure in bringing forward the doubts many Americans harbored that Obama met the Article II, Section 1, clause 5 constitutional requirement of “natural born Citizen” given several mainstream-media reports that he was born in Kenya or Indonesia and not Hawaii, as he later claimed.
During his yearlong supervision of Montgomery, Zullo related, Montgomery never mentioned anything about having developed vote-altering software or invoked the term SCORECARD.
