(Mar. 1, 2020) — A video published Sunday morning by Dr. Thomas Horn‘s “SkywatchTV” bears a headline falsely implying that the Justice Department inspector general implicated former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in illegal activity of which she has not been formally accused.

Owner of Defender Publishing and author of more than a dozen books on prophecy, the supernatural, and politics, Horn has appeared on George Noory’s “Coast to Coast,” “The Jim Bakker Show” and on Sid Roth’s “It’s Supernatural.”

SkywatchTV’s videos are featured at PTLNetwork.  Horn’s radio show by the same name contains programming described as “a new paradigm in Christian broadcasting.”

Horn recently published “Shadowland,” an alleged exposé on “occult” activity said to be taking place within Washington, DC’s elite political class.

As The Post & Email has noted, Pastor and “Freedom Friday” host Carl Gallups now appears regularly in Horn’s SkyWatchTV roundtable discussions. Gallups’s association with Horn appears to have begun in early January 2017, and Horn has published Gallups’s books since 2018.

For nearly seven years until their falling-out in October, Gallups provided a media outlet to former detective Mike Zullo, who conducted  5+-year probe into the “long-form” birth certificate image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011.

The investigation, authorized by then-Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio in August 2011, determined that the image, purported to represent Barack Hussein Obama’s original birth record from Hawaii, and his alleged Selective Service registration form, are fraudulent.

Gallups has not explained his abrupt severing in October of an agreement he had with Zullo to jointly write a book about the investigation.  As we reported, both Horn and Gallups in writing assured Zullo, who had misgivings about the timing of the project, that the chapter Gallups had decided to write and include in “Shadowland” would not, ultimately, be published then or at any time in the future.

As a result of Gallups’s actions, Zullo said, he will not be sharing any additional information pertaining to the investigation with him.  Zullo also refuted Horn’s claim that Gallups presented “new forensic information” in the chapter.

Neither Horn nor Gallups has responded to multiple emails inquiring as to why a chapter about the fraudulent birth certificate was included in a book with the theme, “From Jeffrey Epstein to the Clintons, from Obama and Biden to the Occult Elite, Exposing the Deep-State Actors at War with Christianity, Donald Trump, and America’s Destiny.”

Also unanswered is why Gallups eliminated all mention of Zullo’s name from his initial draft of the chapter, which he shared with Zullo.

Sunday’s video headline reads:

The report to which Horn referred in the roundtable discussion was released on June 14, 2018 by Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz and titled, “A Review of Various Actions by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice in Advance of the 2016 Election.”  The 568-page report included an in-depth review of the FBI’s conduct relating to the “Mid-Year Exam” investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server launched in 2015 and concluded just days before the 2016 presidential election.

While much of the material Horn discusses with his cohorts early in the video mirrors that of one released on February 23, at the 21:56-minute mark, roundtable member Joe Horn invoked, and the video cut away to, an interview conducted by “The Ingraham Angle” host Laura Ingraham.  Aired the evening of the IG report’s release, Ingraham was joined by investigative journalist John Solomon, then of The Hill; former Deputy Independent Counsel Sol Wisenberg; and a man Ingraham referred to as “Bobby.”

In a transcript of the show, “Bobby” is identified as “BOBBY CHACOON, FORMER FBI SPECIAL AGENT.”  The full interview runs for 8½ minutes and is titled, “Prosecutors, politics and personal ambition.”

As Ingraham and her guests discussed, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) found the FBI’s various explanations for the delay of approximately a month between its discovery of thousands of Clinton emails on a laptop computer belonging to then-Clinton aide Huma Abedin and the reopening of the “Mid-Year” probe “unpersuasive” (p. 10), a point the panel discussed with the host and which she affirmed.

Prior to the reopening of the probe on October 28, 2016 and notification to Congress, the FBI had known about the additional emails on the laptop since late September, the OIG determined through interviews and its examination of text messages, emails and other evidence.

The Mid-Year investigation, initially closed in July 2016, was followed by an investigation into Abedin’s then-husband, former Congressman Anthony Weiner, for allegedly sending sexually-explicit photos to a 15-year-old girl over state lines.  Approximately a year later, Weiner entered a “guilty” plea and was sentenced to 21 months in prison.

During Wisenberg’s interpretation of the IG’s findings regarding the FBI’s delay in reopening the Mid-Year probe, the chyron read, “BOMBSHELL IG REPORT REVEALS FBI MISHANDLING OF CLINTON EMAIL PROBE.”

At 23:46 in the video, Ingraham’s producer placed on-screen a snippet of page 294 of the IG report which identified a list of items that an FBI agent identified as “Coleman” noted in “a journal” he maintained.  The notes referred to Weiner, an “unrelated” topic, the FBI’s “initial analysis of laptop,” “Hillary Clinton & Foundation,” and “Crimes against children.”

Coleman’s notes, however, made no reference to Clinton having been accused of any crime.

After the graphic was removed from the screen, Ingraham commented that the FBI “had a conversation about which emails would be allowed to be looked at in this case and which would be, you know, set aside.  That also raises a lot of questions.  Huma Abedin and Hillary Clinton exchanged thousands of emails apparently that were — I don’t think they were looked at in this investigation at all.”

At that point, Skywatch returned to its roundtable and member Derek Hunter said, “It’s not surprising that this has fallen down the memory hole, because this has happened before with similar events…” and then cited examples of alleged “occult rituals taking place in conjunction with child abuse.”

Horn seeks $35.00 “donations” for his book/DVD combinations and larger amounts for the purposes of “building a brand new studio” and to become a member of the “VIP Founders Group” to support his “Whispering Ponies Ranch” for children who have suffered abuse while in state custody.

According to Horn, “AT WPR, ALL AMENITIES—from food services and lodging to expert recreational and counseling staff—ARE PROVIDED AT NO COST, which means no child ever has to be turned away. We can only do this because when people purchase books and products from the SkyWatch TV Store, a large portion of every sale goes to underwrite WPR’s operational expenses.”

  1. There is too much information available that supports what is being said here. It’s good against evil, and evil is manifesting. Jesus Christ may arrive sooner rather than later. The Clintons, Epstein and Maxwell we definitely associated based on my seeking. But I am sure that there is some information that many, including the investigators, are hesitant to be hasty about releasing. Isn’t there an investigation of 30,000 pedophiles in Europe, Germany I think? A lot of this is turning up and being brought to the table. The Bible parallels what is going on now in the prophetic books. Those who do not know these things should not hastily toss out life damaging comments. Our president and family are under an evil attack, and I respect the stand he takes for our country and its people. God Bless America, and justice is to be served soon…I’m certain. Watch what our society is doing to children and education. The abuse and neglect breaks my heart! It is worse than ever, attitudes are “infected” and conscience deleted in some cases based only on observation and research, not by taking sides. The battle is good and evil….not black and white. We are NOT hateful of each other…but there is a dominant and “powerful” group of very very very rich people that are responsible for the whole thing. It’s hard…like looking vomit in the face. I didn’t want to see the things I saw…I had to look repeatedly to eliminate the chance of a hoax. Do your homework cautiously. Love to all.

  2. BOTH Clintons took many trips with Epstein to “Fantasy Island”, separately and together. It is common knowledge that Killary is a lesbian, so it is possible that she had Pedophile sex on Epstein’s island.

  3. I think the team at Skywatch TV did a great job of airing information that as stated, would have been and probably has been long forgotten.

The facts are, Clinton although not charged with any crimes, is guilty of many and would be found guilty, and hopefully this will occur soon. The Clinton’s have terrorised the citizens of earth long enough, and one can only pray that this evil women will be held to account, along with her husband and pedofile BC.

Also as mentioned, these pedofile rings are run by very rich and influential people, politicians and big business, from Washington to 10 Drowning St and further up the chain of these evil SOB’s that line the halls of both establishments.

New Zealand sent a QC to the UK some 5+ years ago to investigate these pedofile rings, but was stone walled, and as such returned home unable to fulfill her objective of uncovering and putting a stop to this evil – one would have to be fairly naive to believe they would have influence on a well protected ring of child abusers and murderers.

So no, there wasn’t a mention of charges, but that doesn’t mean HC did not commit the crimes, she clearly has, using the C Foundation as a way and means of funding a lot of her illegal activities.

    1. That may be true, but the IG did not say she was associated with “crimes against children,” which is the point of the article. I see no hard evidence presented by Horn and his colleagues of the implications they make.
