(Jul. 29, 2018) — On July 27, 2018, sixty-five years after the three-year Korean War cessation of hostilities, North Korea commenced the return of the remains of Korean War Combat Veterans “Killed In Action.”  The first remains of 55 Korean War Combat Veterans “Killed In Action” were repatriated in UN-flag-draped containers.

The containers are pictured in a photo in the below-referenced article on board an Air Force C-17 Globemaster aircraft.   It is the first step in the return of remains to the decedents’ families. The next step is to forensically identify the remains.  The Department of Defense will then return the remains to the bereaved families, who have waited for decades to receive the remains of their loved ones for internment.

Although the left-of-center liberal media establishment has not properly heralded and rejoiced in the repatriation of America’s Korean war dead, we are promulgating that information to as many Americans as possible to underscore the importance of “No Man Left Behind.”  Please forward this information to those in your address book who honor the patriotic Korean War Combat Veterans who served in defense of the Republic and gave their last full measure of devotion to their country.

The repatriation of the remains of additional Korean War Combat Veterans “Killed In Action” will continue over time; the search for remains may become a joint effort.   President Donald J. Trump is the first U.S. President since President Dwight D. Eisenhower occupied the Oval Office to successfully negotiate for the repatriation of remains of America’s Korean War dead for return to their families.

God bless every Korean War Combat Veteran, those with us, and those who have gone before us!!
