FINDS NO EVIDENCE OF POLITICAL “BIAS” WITHIN DOJ, FBI INVESTIGATORS

(Jun. 14, 2018) — The anticipated Justice Department inspector general’s report probing how the FBI handled the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server was released on Thursday afternoon.
Leaks of what was said to be included in the report began shortly after noon, at which time Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was reported by Fox News to be briefing President Trump on its contents.
The report is 568 pages. Some analysts have said that it contains little new information, while others seized upon its focus on former FBI Director James Comey as having engaged in insubordination toward his superiors when he gave a solo press conference in July 2016 exonerating Clinton from a criminal referral to the Justice Department.
As noted on page 69 of the report, the Clinton email investigation was dubbed “Midyear Exam,” or “MYE,” by the FBI.
Like Clinton and former U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Comey is reported to have used a private email account to conduct government business.
At 4:13 p.m. on Thursday, radio and TV host Sean Hannity said, as he has previously, that a number of “hero” FBI agents are “lined up” to testify as to what was occurring within the agency as the Clinton probe progressed.
As The Post & Email reported previously, Comey was found to have originally expressed the belief that Clinton violated the law but later changed the wording for his July 5, 2016 press conference in which he claimed that “no reasonable prosecutor would bring this case.”
The report refers five FBI agents for further investigation.
Some believe that as a result of the report’s release, the FBI is completely compromised, with a thorough ethics review in order. Democrats are angry at Comey for announcing the Bureau’s reopening of the Clinton server probe in late October 2016, claiming that that decision was crucial in Clinton’s loss of the presidential election to Donald Trump.
Others have said that the Trump and Clinton campaigns were treated differently, with investigations into both ongoing in 2016 but Clinton’s made public and Trump’s kept secret.
The probe into the Trump campaign allegedly began with information indicating that someone within his campaign was “colluding” with the Russians. That probe continues under Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) has said that he has seen no underlying “intelligence” justifying the launch of the FBI’s counterintelligence probe into the campaign.
The report found “no evidence” that career Justice Department prosecutors investigating the Clinton case “were affected by bias” (p. 292).
The statement that they found no evidence that the FBI was “affected by bias” is ridiculous in that what did they expect to find: an email where the author writes “I’m biased” or they state that when being interviewed by the IG?
No political bias? Whose kidding who? PATHETIC!
OK…so why isn’t the Hillary Clinton email scandal now RE-OPENED?
Horowitz was nominated by Obama, making it extremely unlikely he is a man of integrity. The efforts to protect Hillary, and anyone who could lead to Obama, from being prosecuted will not stop. This is because doing so could reveal and have acted on the mother of all crimes against America’s citizens and her Constitution. America’s government and her military were given to the enemy. It is obvious this is the root of the panic to protect Obama and anyone who could lead to the ineligible, identity fraud con-artist who usurped America’s presidency,……………and to get Trump, “the birther”, out of office. This crime is considered too big to prosecute because of the number of rich and powerful people, both parties, complicit in the Obama Fraud…..including Jeff Sessions who sat in Congress in 2009 and said/did nothing, allowing, with the rest of Congress, Obama to be sworn in as the putative president. Congress, the media and weaponized government agencies then covered for Obama and his fraudulent presidency right up until today. Crimes against America and her Constitution do not get bigger than this, but if this is never going be fairly discussed it will remain forever unpunished. The coup of 2008/2009 was successful.
