CALLS FOR MULTIPLE INVESTIGATIONS, INCLUDING DEATH OF SETH RICH
by Sharon Rondeau
Lyons’s reference was to a warrant obtained through the secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance court in Washington, DC to monitor the communications of members of the 2016 Trump presidential campaign under the premise that they could be “colluding” with agents of the Kremlin.
It has been strongly suggested by at least two members of Congress that Strzok used the “Trump dossier,” prepared by the U.S. company FusionGPS and former British intelligent agent Christopher Steele with apparent input from Russian operatives, as the basis for obtaining the warrant.
It is now known that the DNC helped to fund the preparation of the dossier using the highly-politically-connected law firm, Perkins Coie, as a conduit.
Published in January by Buzzfeed News, the dossier contains salacious and unverified allegations of time Donald Trump purportedly spent in Russia. A number of lawsuits have arisen from individuals mentioned in the dossier who claim they have been defamed as a result of the claims and inferences it contains.
The extent to which the FBI attempted to verify the dossier’s contents is unknown, although indications are that the information was not fully vetted.
The text messages between Strzok and Page demonstrate that both feared the prospect of a Trump presidency and might have carried on a conversation in FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s office about an “insurance policy” to prevent his winning the election or to thwart it if he were to win.
In his editorial, Lyons enumerated issues he believes the Sessions Justice Department should revisit, including the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012; the Fast & Furious gunrunning scandal which resulted in the murder of hundreds of Mexicans and U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry; the targeting of “conservative” and other groups for political reasons by the Obama IRS; Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server from which she sent top-secret and classified information while Obama’s secretary of state; and the alleged “hacking” of the DNC’s email server which allegedly resulted in the release of thousands of uncomplimentary emails of high-level staffers by the open-government publisher WikiLeaks.
Like the Obama birth certificate forgery, the legacy media has attempted to shut down discourse about the mysterious death of 27-year-old Rich, shot twice in the back on July 10, 2016 for no apparent reason, his valuables left intact on his person.
Some believe that Rich was WikiLeaks’s source for the DNC emails, with the organization’s founder, Julian Assange, strongly suggesting that that was the case and offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to his killer(s).
The DNC has offered no reward and hardly mentioned the tragic event. However, former DNC interim chairman Donna Brazile likened Rich to her “child” in an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos and included Rich in the dedication of her new book, “Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns That Put Donald Trump in the White House.”
