“STOPPED BY ARMED OFFICERS WITH GUNS”

(Apr. 23, 2016) — [Editor’s Note: The following report was received by The Post & Email on Friday as an enclosure to a letter written by Northwest Correctional Complex (NWCX) inmate Jerome L. Johnson.]
The Post & Email is withholding the names of the inmates, all of which are handwritten, along with inmate numbers, units and cell numbers, on a full 8.5 x 11 sheet of lined paper and half of another the same size. The names and other data total 47, although Johnson indicated that eight names which he was unable to obtain are missing.
