Mario Apuzzo Accepts Your Challenge.”]

Dear Mark,

I have been asked by attorney Mario Apuzzo to reach out to you and let you know that Mr. Apuzzo is ready, willing and able to accept your clarion call (your Jan. 6 radio program) to debate the issue of Ted Cruz’s constitutional eligibility to be POTUS.

Obviously this is an issue of great national importance and we appreciate your willingness to offer your audience a full and complete airing of the competing viewpoints on presidential eligibility.  Your promise and willingness to provide this valuable debate cannot be underestimated given the ever increasing efforts by many in government and society at large to dilute, misinterpret or even purposely mislead the American voters as to the true meaning of the Constitution and the intent of the Founding Fathers and Framers.  Obviously you agree and for that we are grateful.
