(Jan. 13, 2016) — A reader of The Post & Email has informed us that various congressional offices and the Republican National Committee (RNC) say they are receiving a considerable number of phone calls expressing support for the Articles of Impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama written by the North American Law Center (NALC) in July 2014.

NALC has been encouraging like-minded Americans from around the country to pressure their congressmen, particularly members of the Republican Party, to introduce the Articles into the House Judiciary Committee for its review.

Months ago, NALC co-founder JB Williams began coordinating an effort to form state “Constitutional Accountability Coalitions” to push for impeachment, which now number 29.

Coinciding with these efforts this week is the RNC’s annual winter meeting in Charleston, SC, which launched on Wednesday and runs through Friday.

The Articles of Impeachment cite three main areas of impeachable offenses which Obama has allegedly committed:

  • Usurpation of the Oval Office via criminal identity fraud
  • Malfeasance, misconduct and abuse of the Oval Office
  • Aiding and abetting known enemies of the United States.

NALC lead attorney Stephen Pidgeon believes that Obama is establishing a “dictatorship,” which he told Alex Jones on his “Infowars” radio program last Friday.

On Sunday evening, NALC launched a new radio show on WYPV, which also carries “mainstream” radio programs hosted by Michael Medved, Dennis Prager and Steve Deace, among others.

Last week, Williams announced that Michigan RNC Committeeman David L. Agema submitted a resolution to RNC leadership “in support of proper articles of impeachment.” “Agema’s Resolution in Support of Impeachment will be a center point of the next RNC meeting on January 13, 2016,” Williams wrote at the end of last month.

On Monday, The Post & Email’s reader reported that he contacted his state Republican Party office and the Washington, DC office of Rep. Scott Desjarlais of Tennessee, both of whose support staff indicated that they were “getting a lot of calls” on the impeachment issue.  “I also was able to speak to IL Rep. (John) Shimkus and ended up talking with a young staffer…  When I asked him if this office gets calls about impeachment and the NALC Articles, he stated, ‘All the time.’ I responded, ‘All the time?’ ‘Yes, all the time’ was his reiteration,” our reader told us.

On Tuesday, the same individual reported:

I was able to make a number of calls today.  I called the RNC in DC today 202/863-8500 and a very polite lady courteously shared her name upon answering.

She allowed me to speak with her approx 15 mins about the need for support on the Resolution and the Articles of Impeachment put together by NALC.

I asked ****** ******** if she was getting calls in support for the Resolution and the Articles of Impeachment. She replied, “yes” and I followed up with: “is this the more popular or majority of calls you have received, being in support for the Resolution and the NALC Articles of Impeachment” and she responded “yes”. I told her thanks for her honest answer to a couple of non politically correct questions.

She asked for my phone number and said she would communicate this issue to Mr. Preibus.

I could not get through to the Republican Party in Chicago today, but a voice mail.  Yesterday, ********* told me they were getting a good number of calls in support for the Resolution and the Articles.

As well, I called IL Rep Hultgren today and was told by ****** they get a lot calls for Hussein Obama’s impeachment (you may recall all IL Rep Congressmen were delivered certified mail and faxed the Articles of Impeachment and Arpaio’s Sheriff Kit).

OK Rep Bridenstine’s office said they also get calls all the time on the need to impeach Obama.  *****, whom I’ve spoken with before, attempted to say we didn’t have enough time, and we can’t get 2/3 to convict.  I assertively said, nay, that’s not so and the excuses and the kicking the can down the road won’t work for this nation to survive much longer. I asked him point blank “has there been a congressman to date that has introduced these Article of Impeachment to the Judiciary committee”? With integrity he said “no.”

I said there is the point, there has been no due process, no discovery, nothing. How can one use the argument we don’t have 2/3 to convict when the overall general public has not even been shared the discovery of the truth, starting with these being introduced into the Judiciary? I’m sorry I don’t recall his exact words, but he was in agreement with the point made.

Of all the calls (11) made yesterday and today, only two with folk answering the phone that appear to not want to be in tune with reality or for that matter cared. The others definitely engaged throughout the entire call.

The caller’s reference to “Arpaio’s Sheriff’s Kit” is to a DVD of a presentation given by Maricopa County Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo, who, under the direction of Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio, has led a more-than-four-year criminal investigation into the origins of the long-form birth certificate image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011.

On March 1, 2012, Zullo and Arpaio held a press conference in which they divulged that the posse’s investigation had found probable cause to believe that the long-form birth certificate image and Obama’s Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.” A second presser on July 17 that year indicated that the standard of probable cause in the forgery of the birth certificate had been surpassed. Both men called upon the media to launch its own investigations of the findings, with Arpaio specifically asking Congress to probe the matter.

Arpaio’s entreaty was ignored by the people’s representatives in Washington, DC and received only scant media coverage afterward.

Early last year, the “Sheriff’s Kits” were distributed by a group of volunteers associated with (WOBC) to every county sheriff, governor and attorney general in the United States, but none appears to have taken action.
