ALL MEMBERS AND DONORS,We choose to not be distracted by the natural urge to react to those daily headlines, and instead, focus very carefully on the small number of strategic initiatives that if carried out, will have the desired impact on the direction of our beloved country.
Once in a while, there are important stories worthy of attention. Please take the time to read these last few columns, as they pertain to some of our initiative priorities…

Priorities
1) The true state of our nation is horrific. We are convinced that there is NO WAY to deal with that reality without dealing with the criminal cabal currently residing in the people’s White House.

2) Illegal aliens are voting in our elections, and this must be stopped at the State level. Please look up your State laws regarding issuance of State Drivers Licenses and ID’s… which are then used along with “proof of residency” to vote in our elections.
NOTE: NALC is currently developing two State level model legislations soon to be introduced. The first will deal with State enforcement of legal immigration and naturalization laws within the borders of each state, and the second will deal with State level enforcement of anti-terrorism laws concerning terrorism training, funding and recruiting within the boundaries of the State. These model bills will be made available to all active members upon completion.
On the matter of illegal immigration, an important court ruling was issued in which an injunction was issued blocking Barack Obama’s illegal and unconstitutional Executive Action to benefit 5.5 million illegal aliens in the U.S., albeit temporary.
What is of utmost importance is the basis for the ruling and injunction issued by the Southern District Court in Texas. READ INJUNCTION HERE
NOTE: NALC is currently preparing an amicus brief as a friend of the court, to be filed in this case, introducing additional evidence of direct violations of U.S. Law by the Obama Administration in this matter.
3) States Rights have become CRITICAL, so our Balance of Powers Act remains a TOP PRIORITY for every state. We are working on a accurate list of states and will release it once it has been completed. (Help with this task by sending back any information you have on the Balance of Powers Act in your state)

4) We are NOW asking for volunteers who would like to be part of a Special Delegation to Washington D.C. to sit down and present proposed Articles of Impeachment to select members of the U.S. House. (Volunteers must be able to cover the costs of their own travel) CONTACT Col. Jim Harding to Volunteer for this initiative. We are particularly interested in retired Military Officers for this mission.
5) We continue to bring numerous Military cases of wrongful death by the Obama Administration to an actionable stage. These files are handled very carefully and NO information is shared at this time, to protect the families involved.
DO NOT FORGET to address your state level Party Representatives and Legislators concerning closing your primaries before the 2016 primary season. Without doing this, we will NOT be able to advance any true conservative in the primary process.
At the moment, these are our highest priorities. All of these items can and will have a significant impact on the future of our Constitutional Republic if carried out to completion.
