CAN INDIAN TRIBES REJECT THE OBAMA REGIME’S DE FACTO POWERS?

What is in the White House is an illegal-immigrant-Muslim-de-facto-felon who has been deliberately and systematically destroying the “Beacon of Freedom” of the world, the USA.
Hereby: Let it be known that ALL Treaties between American Indian Tribes and the Government of the United States are hereby Null and Void.
Since the Government’s tacit illegal acceptance of Obama as the POTUS (without successfully passing the vetting process in accordance with the Constitution), the current government is a rogue government which has no legal powers to honor Treaties, collect taxes, and to issue and enforce Judicial rulings on Indian Reservations.
[We will, of course, honor separate Treaties with the States.]
Furthermore, any member of the Obama Administration (including the Joint Chiefs of Staff), is currently operating outside the law for failure to uphold his Oath to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies, both foreign and domestic.
Furthermore, all illegal immigrants and Muslims within the borders of the United States and its Territories must vacate said premises.
All American Indian Treaties have been voided (retroactively) since January 20, 2009. We recognize no Federal Government Authority. Our Treaties with the Government hold Firm and True only as long as the Federal Government upholds its end of the Treaties in that said government continues to recognize the Constitution as the “Law of the Land.” This government has failed in that regard.
As long as Obama and his illegal and self-serving (Eric Holder’s “My people, Lois Lerner taking the 5th, Muslim Brotherhood, ad infinitum) Administration is allowed to run roughshod over the Constitution, we AMERICAN INDIANS refuse to recognize this Government as legitimate and, therefore, hold no legal attachment to it.

Regard this as a PUBLIC NOTICE from every American Indian, every American Indian Tribe, and from the legal standpoint of every American Indian Treaty that we do not and never will recognize the government as long as Obama remains an illegally-supported puppet.
[Note: It’s not the government’s responsibility to determine which Muslims are terrorists and which ones are not, which is why all Muslims must be deported and no Muslims be allowed in our country, including “students.” Homegrown Muslims, such as “Nation of Islam” followers, will be forced to emigrate to a Muslim country. Illegal immigrants have taken jobs away from the American Indian. Illegal immigrants and Muslims receive more government assistance than the American Indian and Veterans. The policy of this Administration is to destroy Freedom, especially that of the future of women’s rights. We American Indians are fed up with the lies and the destruction of our country from the Obama Administration.]
Maybe it’s time to play “Cowboys and Muslims”.
