BUT ALLOWS FRAUDSTER COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF TO DIMINISH, DEMORALIZE U.S. MILITARY

(Dec. 10, 2014) — In an announcement of new committee members dated December 9, 2014, Chairman-Elect of the House Armed Services Committee Mac Thornberry stated:
The Armed Services Committee has always taken its constitutional responsibilities to the country and to our men and women in uniform very seriously. With the world growing more dangerous and a shrinking military, we have an enormous task ahead of us. I am very impressed with the qualifications of the new members of the Committee and with their commitment to our national security. I look forward to working with them and all members of the Committee on both sides of the aisle to meet the many challenges we face.
While it has objected in previous newsletters to several of the actions taken by de facto president Barack Hussein Obama since 2009, the House Armed Services Committee, like the rest of Congress, has not raised the issue of the fraudulent long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website purportedly representing Obama’s original birth record from Hawaii.
The committee has not questioned Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve resulting from his dubious birth in Hawaii and claimed foreign-citizen father, which may have resulted in divided loyalties in the son. During his six years in office, many have questioned if Obama’s allegiance is to the United States, including a combat veteran and former congressman.
Constitutionally, it is Congress’s responsibility to ensure that the person elected president and commander-in-chief of the military meets the requirements of Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, which states:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
The term “natural born Citizen” indicates a higher standard than simply “a Citizen,” as was first proposed by the Framers of the Constitution as the document was being written.
On April 27, 2011, the birth certificate image was released by White House after considerable public pressure from Donald Trump and others. Within 24 hours, however, experts denounced it as a poor forgery.
After performing a six-month investigation commencing in September 2011, the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse revealed at a March 1, 2012 press conference that the birth certificate image and Obama’s Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.” The press failed to report the news to the American people other than on the internet, and Congress did nothing.
On July 17, 2012 in a subsequent press conference, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio released further details as to how they arrived at their conclusions and specifically called upon Congress to launch its own investigation into their findings. Congress did nothing; the media fell silent or vilified the messengers, and Obama was re-elected by a very small margin amidst numerous claims of election fraud.
A spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Washington, DC told this writer that he “watched the whole thing” in regard to the July 17 press conference. The FBI has also done nothing about the forgeries.
In 2011, the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” law was repealed, allowing open homosexuals to serve in the military. Military sexual assaults have risen since the repeal. A decorated military officer who attempted to enforce existing regulations about inappropriate behavior while in uniform may be dismissed from the service.
Many believe that Obama has assisted those who the U.S. military has been tasked with fighting in the Middle East.
Dozens of veterans have died while waiting for medical appointments at Veterans Administration facilities where two sets of books were maintained to give the appearance that appointments were handled expeditiously.
Under Obama, Operation Vigilant Eagle has targeted veterans, particularly of the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts, as “potential domestic terrorists.”
During the 2013 partial government shutdown, the Obama regime ordered veterans’ memorials closed despite daily “Honor Flights” scheduled months in advance which brought medically fragile veterans to see their memorials in what was most likely a final opportunity.
Earlier this year, U.S. troops were sent to Ebola-infected nations with the purported goal of helping to build treatment centers. It was later revealed that the soldiers would be “exposed to infected patients.”
Soldiers wishing to speak about their Christian faith while in uniform have been marginalized, muzzled and intimidated by policies imposed with the influence of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation’s (MRFF) Mikey Weinstein, who calls Christians “monsters.” The imposition of same-sex marriage ceremonies on military bases began the complete abrogation by the regime of the Defense of Marriage Act, a law signed by former President Bill Clinton.
In June, a military color guard was “authorized” by the Department of Defense to lead a gay pride parade in Washington, DC.
In May of this year, Obama exchanged five top-level Taliban commanders for a likely U.S. Army deserter, Bowe Bergdahl, who has not yet faced a court-martial despite eyewitnesses’ public statements of his 2009 desertion in Afghanistan.
In December 2010, Dr. Terry Lakin, a decorated 18-year Army medical doctor, was imprisoned at Ft. Leavenworth for five months, discharged dishonorably, and stripped of all pay and benefits for refusing to obey orders after he questioned Obama’s eligibility to serve as commander-in-chief. During a hearing leading to Lakin’s court-martial, presiding Judge Col. Denise Lind denied Lakin discovery to prove or disprove Obama’s eligibility to protect Obama from potential “embarrassment.”
Since late 2007, doubts about Obama’s eligibility swirled given the dearth of documentation on the first-term U.S. senator from Illinois who had originally said he did not possess the experience to run for president and that he was born in Kenya, not Hawaii. Various commentators, politicians, reporters and diplomats had stated that Obama was born in either Indonesia or Kenya.
As Lakin sat in federal military prison, the White House released the birth certificate forgery, with Obama holding a short press conference to assure the public that doubts about his birth in Hawaii were simply “silliness.”
Triple the number of U.S. Army soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan under Obama over five years than under George W. Bush in seven years, attributed by some to the altered Rules of Engagement which restrict soldiers’ ability to defend themselves against potential Islamic insurgents. According to former Rep. Allen B. West, “Many Americans are now aware of the story behind Lone Survivor and realize that when faced with life or death decisions it seems our warriors fear lawyers and the media more than the enemy. They face a non-state, non-uniformed enemy that blends in with the civilian population and knows our ROE (Rules of Engagement).”
West has also been unwilling to expose the forgeries presented to the public by the Obama regime, instead choosing to allow the U.S. military to serve under a questionably-eligible person who, according to an individual close to the Cold Case Posse’s investigation, may not even possess U.S. citizenship. West was presented with some of the evidence pointing to forgery of Obama’s “documents” in March 2013 but chose to walk away from it, citing “future political ambitions.”
The Obama regime refused to consider the attack on Ft. Hood soldiers by Army psychiatrist Maj. Hidal Hasan, a Muslim who shouted “Allah Akbar” as he opened fire, killing 13 soldiers and wounding many more, to be a terrorist act, a decision just recently altered by Congress.
The rise of ISIS in Iraq and Syria over the summer reportedly caused a “rift” between Obama and the military he is expected to command in its mission to “destroy” ISIS, or ISIL.
In September, former Navy SEAL Carl Higbie told Newsmax TV host Steve Malzberg that military morale is “terrible.” “the responsibility of American soldiers is to uphold the Constitution by fighting ‘all enemies, foreign and domestic,'” Higbie said.
On December 7, Pearl Harbor Day, the Military Times reported that “America’s military” is “a force adrift.” Having dismissed his third Defense Secretary, Obama will now await Senate confirmation hearings on his newest nominee, Ashton Carter.

Isn’t it an oxymoron to release a report which is so one sided and politically motivated and to call it “constitutional responsibility?” The Obama Democrats seem to “adore” the Constitution when they fashion it into Ba’al.
Sharon, as usual you are right-on. Please, however, allow me to take one exception – Obama does NOT have divided loyalties by not being a “natural born citizen”. His loyalties are 100% (110% if that were possible). Obviously they are not America-directed, except for her total destruction. And on that subject,, where the hell are the loyalties of Congress directed ???
