Is Tuesday a Vote on Obama’s Lack of “Transparency?”

LONG-FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND SELECTIVE SERVICE FORM FORGERIES REMAIN UNADDRESSED

(Nov. 4, 2014) — In a tweet on Tuesday afternoon, real estate developer and businessman Donald Trump wrote that “Today is referendum on ObamaCare, Amnesty, slow growth, having your healthcare dropped & all the other lies.”

In April 2011, Trump was apparently instrumental in coaxing the White House to release an image of what it purported to be Obama’s long-form birth certificate to convince voters that he was born in Hawaii and eligible to serve as president prior to his second presidential contest in 2012.

Within 24 hours, the image posted on the White House website was declared a forgery by credentialed experts.  In August of that year, a group of 250 Surprise, AZ Tea Party members petitioned Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio to launch an investigation into the claims of forgery to prevent their disenfranchisement in the upcoming election if Obama were found to have defrauded the electorate or otherwise to have been ineligible to serve under Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, which requires that the president be a “natural born Citizen.”

Arpaio commissioned the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse to investigate the image.  After 72 hours, the five-person team determined that the image did not originate with a paper document.

A more-than-three-year investigation ensued which encompassed the purported Selective Service registration form mailed to FOIA requesters since late 2008 and also determined to be a “computer-generated forgery.”

After two press conferences held by lead investigator Mike Zullo and Arpaio, Congress refused to investigate, and members of the media vilified the messengers.

While the White House has called the birth certificate “a fake issue,” Zullo and Arpaio say that there is no doubt whatsoever that the image is fraudulent.

Upon assuming office in 2009, Obama promised the American people “an unprecedented level of openness in government,” often using the word “transparency” to describe the way his regime operated.

However, the regime has spied on its own citizens, journalists and political opponents through its own means and that of the National Security Agency; allowed the targeting of groups viewed as political opposition by the IRS; permitted tens of thousands of illegal aliens into the country who may have brought diseases now killing American children and adults; refused to protect Americans by imposing a travel ban from countries infected with the Ebola virus; assumed control of one-sixth of the nation’s economy and effectively canceled millions of health care plans provided by private insurers; knowingly transferred American firearms to Mexican criminals, killing at least one American who was serving his country; and issued the forgeries of the long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form bearing Obama’s name.

Obama has called many of the questionable actions of his surrogates and employees “phony scandals,” although some believe that he himself is using a “phony” identity.

Trump has sporadically spoken about the questions surrounding Obama’s background which no one in Congress has had the courage to investigate.  Last May, speaking at the National Press Club, Trump reiterated his suspicion that Obama was a foreign national while he attended universities in the U.S. or lied on his applications so that he could avail himself of foreign scholarship money.

In early April of 2011, Trump met with several citizens from Arizona and predicted that the Obama regime would release a forgery of his birth certificate.  He reportedly did not state the source of the information.

Just before the 2012 election, Trump offered Obama $5,000,000, increasing it to $50,000,000, to go to a charity of Obama’s choice if he would release his college and passport applications.

Obama chose not to be “transparent” by failing to respond to Trump’s offer.

Since 2008, anyone questioning Obama’s background, life story, birthplace or allegiance to the nation has been vilified by internet operatives known as “Obots,” some of whom have been identified as being in the employ of DARPA a division of the Department of Defense.

On Monday, journalist Sharyl Attkisson told The Hollywood Reporter that experts had determined that her work and home computers were breached by government operatives “using software proprietary either to the DIA, CIA, FBI or NSA.”

Trump’s reference to “amnesty” alludes to Obama’s promise to issue an executive order allowing millions of illegal aliens to obtain work permits and perhaps a path to citizenship without Congress.  Some congressional Democrats claim that “Congress and the Constitution give presidents broad authority to take executive action on immigration policy,” although federal law and U.S. Supreme Court precedent state that immigration law is set by Congress and purportedly enforced by the U.S. Justice Department.
