BUT WHAT ABOUT THE FORGERIES?
by Sharon Rondeau
(Apr. 25, 2014) — On Thursday, Breitbart News reported that 22 Republican senators sent a letter to Obama in which they objected to his announced plan of immigration “enforcement review.” The senators told Obama that his intent to reduce deportations of illegals “threatens America’s entire constitutional system.”
Political pundit Dick Morris described the plan as “basically ending the practice of deporting people who are here illegally.”
Sen. Jeff Sessions, one of the signers, posted the letter on his website, which reads, in part:
Since 2009, your administration has issued policy directives and memoranda incrementally nullifying immigration enforcement in the interior of the United States – to the point that unless individuals in the country illegally are apprehended, tried, and convicted for a felony or other serious offense, they are free to live and work in the country.
According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) own figures, in 2013, nearly all individuals removed from the United States were convicted criminals and recent border crossers. As the LA Times reported, since 2009, there has been a 40% decline in removals of individuals living and working in the interior of the country. And, recently revealed documents from ICE show that in 2013, the agency released 68,000 potentially deportable aliens deemed by ICE to pose a criminal threat.
Sen. Charles Grassley, another signer, wrote on his website:
The Obama Administration has a trust deficit. Between immigration, marijuana, and Obamacare, the selective enforcement of laws is a real hurdle that Congress has a hard time getting over to pass immigration reform without assurances that the border will be secured. Everybody’s time would be better served by working on legal immigration provisions such as ag and high-tech workers where there is broad consensus,” Senator Chuck Grassley, Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said.
According to a recent story from the Associated Press a policy change in the Obama administration’s immigration deportation policy is being considered by Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson that would allow “tens of thousands of immigrants who are in the U.S. illegally” to remain in the country.
Grassley and Rep. Robert Goodlatte also have questions for Johnson over a Moroccan man who was allowed to remain in the country after violating the terms of his student visa and was recently arrested by Connecticut authorities for planning to bomb a university with a remote-controlled airplane. According to a mainstream news report:
Fathi entered the United States in 2008 on a student visa that expired in 2009 after he failed all the classes he had enrolled in at Virginia International University, according to court papers.
He had been preparing an asylum application but told a friend in a conversation recorded by the FBI that he had constructed a false history of abuse for political dissent in his native country to justify that bid.
Fathi has been arrested twice since entering the United States, in 2010 in Virginia for trespassing, a charge that was later dismissed, and in California in 2012 for theft.
In the Connecticut case, he has been charged with making false statements in an immigration-related matter.
Grassley and Goodlatte claimed in their letter to Johnson that “the vast majority of aliens who affirmatively seek asylum are now successful in their claims. This does not even take into account appellate process. All of these factors suggest that our immigration system is being abused.”
On Friday, The Post & Email contacted the offices of Sens. Sessions and Grassley by phone.
We were directed to Sessions’ media contact, Steven Miller, who was away from his desk. We left a voice message asking which actions might be taken by the senator and other like-minded congressmen if they believe that Obama is violating the Constitution. We also asked why they do not investigate the long-form birth certificate forgery posted on the White House website and Obama’s Selective Service registration form, which was also declared a forgery by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse.
We repeated the same message to Beth Levine, press contact for Sen. Charles Grassley. We asked her why the senators do not investigate whether or not Obama is constitutionally eligible to occupy the White House in the first place. We left our email address with both staffers.
We then called the office of another signatory, Sen. Tim Scott, and were told that his media contact, Sean Conner, was not available. We were given his email address and then composed and sent the following email:
Hello, Mr. Conner:
I run an electronic newspaper, The Post & Email, which reports on government corruption. I called Sen. Scott’s office and was directed to you.
Breitbart News reported on Thursday that Obama and his new Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson will be conducting an “enforcement review” which circumvents Congress and will loosen deportation guidelines for many illegal aliens.
My question is: What can be done about Obama’s creation of new “law” by executive fiat, circumventing Congress? In other words, what can the senators and congressmen who view this as “an astonishing disregard for the Constitution, the rule of law, and the rights of American citizens and legal residents” do to stop it?
As a corollary, millions of us know that the long-form birth certificate image which has been posted on the White House website for nearly three years now is a “computer-generated forgery” after the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse announced the findings of its investigation, which is still ongoing. A second criminal investigation has been carried out for an unspecified amount of time by Sheriff Joe Arpaio whose work is separate from that of the posse, the results of which are anticipated in the near future and are said to be “universe-shattering.” Please see the video with the same caption here: http://wheresobamasbirthcertificate.com/
Last year, more than 200 “Sheriff’s Kits” containing a presentation from Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo of how the team reached its conclusions were distributed personally to congressional staffers. Do you know if Sen. Scott received one? If not, I can send one to him immediately.
Would it not make sense to investigate who created the forgeries and whether or not Obama is even qualified to occupy the White House if all he can produce is fraudulent identification documents? Does that not take precedence over any and all actions Obama is taking if he has obtained the office by means of deceit?
Is it not the elephant in the room?
Arpaio has uncovered that several Obama propaganda-generating operatives are employed at DARPA at taxpayer expense. Does that not raise concerns that something far more nefarious than a leftist ideologue politician has gained access to the highest office in the land? There are indications that something quite evil was and still is at work to “fundamentally transform the United States of America” by design, and Arpaio will most likely reveal additional evidence supporting that.
I am one of those who has received death threats for investigating Obama’s background. Zullo has sworn affidavits of newsroom executives who were threatened with their jobs or worse.
Since 2008, thousands, if not millions, of Americans have contacted their representatives, secretaries of state, attorneys general, judges, grand juries, Electors, etc., about Obama’s questionable eligibility, identity, documentation, allegiance, etc., but were rebuffed time and time again.
Why do members of Congress continue to fight Obama on his policies when his legitimacy is the real question? Does he appear to have allegiance to the United States of America and her Constitution?
Thank you very much.
