WheresObamasBirthCertificate Volunteer Proposes “Operation Pony Express”

(Apr. 22, 2014) — A member of a team of Americans who traveled to Washington, DC to deliver “Sheriff’s Kits” to more than 200 members of Congress last fall is recommending that any future kits be sent to congressmen in their district offices in what he terms as an “Operation Pony Express.”

The Sheriff’s Kits were produced by WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) founder Michael Volin to inform elected officials and members of the public that crimes have been committed in the forgery of Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form as declared by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse more than two years ago.

The birth certificate image was posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 and quickly denounced as a forgery by experts within 24 hours.  In August of that year, approximately 250 Tea Party members from Maricopa County approached their sheriff, Joe Arpaio, and requested an investigation so that their votes in the upcoming presidential election would not be disenfranchised.

Congressmen and senators whose staffers were given DVDs when Harrison, Volin and the other members of the team visited in November have either failed to answer questions on the issue from their constituents, sidestepped it, or appeared to know nothing about the criminal investigation which has broadened to matters other than the forgeries as declared by Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo in February.

WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com volunteer Jeff Harrison recently sent three Sheriff’s Kits to Pennsylvania Sens. Pat Toomey and Robert Casey and his U.S. congressman, Rep. Glenn Thompson by Priority Mail and Certified Mail Receipt.

Sen. Mike Lee’s office was one of those presented with a kit last fall.  Last Tuesday, while giving a townhall meeting, Lee answered a constituent’s question about the “authenticity” of Obama’s posted long-form birth certificate by presenting what he said were two “definitions” of the “natural born Citizen” clause contained in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution as a requirement for the presidency.

The constituent had not mentioned the “eligibility” question, which arose in 2008 in regard to Obama and his eventual opponent, Sen. John McCain.

“Natural born Citizen” is generally understood by most Americans to be mean “born in the country,” as individuals such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was born in Austria, cannot run for the presidency. Another potential presidential candidate, Sal Mohamed, was disqualified in 2008 by New Hampshire officials because he was born in Egypt.

Obama claims that he was born in Hawaii, although he has not answered questions as to why his official biography, submitted to his literary agent before his first book was published in 1991, states that he was “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”

The biography was mysteriously changed to read “born in Hawaii” in April 2007, two months after Obama declared his candidacy for the presidency in Chicago.

Obama also claims that his father was Kenyan and that he himself was born with “dual citizenship.”  Whether or not a dual citizen can serve as president and commander-in-chief of the U.S. military has not been adjudicated in a court of law.

Historically, “natural born Citizen” was understood to encompass the citizenship of the parents, which was considered at least as important, if not more important, than the child’s birhplace.  In 1916, Woodrow Wilson supporter and attorney Breckinridge Long questioned whether or not Charles Evans Hughes, who was born in the United States to British-citizen parents, was eligible to seek the presidency in his campaign against Wilson.  “Is there not a distinction between ‘native born’ and ‘natural born?'” Long wrote in an editorial published in the Chicago Legal News.

Beginning in 2008 and continuing to the present day, the U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear any case challenging Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve, whether based on fraud or the meaning of the term “natural born Citizen.”

The Post & Email has contacted the offices of several congressmen whose aides were known to have received kits in their hands from the WOBC volunteers.  While some have acknowledged knowing about the issue and given us the email addresses of the appropriate media contacts, we have received only one response, which occurred last Thursday.

On April 3, Volin learned that Rep. Cory Gardner spoke with a private investigator on the subject of Obama’s fraudulent documentation.

Of his most recent mailings, Harrison said that sending kits to district offices with return receipts creates a stronger chain of custody than the volunteers who visited Washington in the fall were able to ultimately establish.  “This way it is tracked and ‘signed’ for. The chain of custody is stronger than the Washington, D.C. trip,” he told The Post & Email on Monday.  He confirmed that “Casey’s office received it last Monday at 9:03 am and my home phone received a call from Zachary of Casey’s office at 9:23 that they received it and would be sending it to Washington office, & it wasn’t necessary to call them.”

Of his idea to begin an “Operation Pony Express,” Harrison said, “I  was told by Rep. Glenn Thompson this is a better way.  By Priority Mail and Certified Mail receipt, this would be the ultimate document dump.  Unless citizens contact their congressmen, we won’t get results.  Not everyone can go to Washington, but this is something everyone can do.  Also, citizens should follow up with phone calls,” he said.

Harrison personally handed a kit to Toomey, along with a sworn affidavit of Zullo’s containing more than 200 points of likely and proven fraud, on which The Post & Email reported previously.  In a letter dated March 18, 2014, Toomey indicated no knowledge of Zullo’s presentation contained on the Sheriff’s Kit DVD and appeared to accept the image on the White House website as authentic.

In response to Toomey’s statements, Harrison said he was “disgusted” at the senator’s “dismissal of the constitutional crisis” Obama’s fraudulent documentation has caused.  “Those who neglect this will be held accountable,” Harrison said.

Last month, two congressmen whose offices received Sheriff’s Kits reportedly denied that their constituents had shown any interest in the matter of the forgeries to NewsBlaze reporter Randy Foreman.

Both Harrison and Volin have been guests on mainstream radio shows speaking about the findings of forgery by the Cold Case Posse.  On Tuesday afternoon, Volin will be appearing on KFAB in Omaha, NE with host Chris Baker.

Arpaio is expected to be making a “universe-shattering” announcement on the findings of his independent criminal investigation stemming from the Cold Case Posse’s initial probe of Obama’s proffered documents.
