IN THE INTEREST OF INFORMING THE PUBLIC

by Sharon Rondeau

(Mar. 9, 2014) — Earlier on Sunday, The Post & Email published a report on a comprehensive presentation given to the Bakersfield, CA Tea Party by Mr. George Miller of the Ventura County Tea Party, who has made the information and materials available to the public at no cost through his website, constitutionalreset.ning. com.

We first interviewed Tom Pavich, leader of the Bakersfield Tea Party, who has met with his congressman or members of his staff on eight different occasions over the last six months about the declared forgeries of Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form by the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse.  Pavich has also urged others to contact their congressmen about the posse’s conclusions and last November joined Mike Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com in Washington, DC to distribute “Sheriff’s Kits” to more than 200 members of Congress.

The Cold Case Posse declared more than two years ago that the long-form birth certificate and Obama’s Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries” and called upon Congress to launch an investigation.

Miller had managed ObamaBallotChallenge.com after the site was launched to assist anyone interested in filing ballot challenges to Obama’s candidacy during the 2012 primary season.

Miller told us that he had not known Pavich until last August, when he received an email from him inviting him to address the Bakersfield group on the eligibility issue.  After Pavich received approval from the leadership, the two men began to strategize as to how best to approach the many items they believed warranted action.  “A lot of people are not up-to-speed on the Obama eligibility issue,” Miller said.  “When we analyzed it, we realized that some people weren’t aware of the Obama situation at all, not only his eligibility but also that he had committed dozens of impeachable offenses.  Some were aware of it but didn’t really know the specifics of it where they could advocate that to their friends,” Miller said.

A frequent excuse Miller said he heard was “We’re working on the real issues.” However, he said that that approach is “fighting the symptoms of the real problem.”

A retired management consultant and business owner, Miller has given over 1,000 presentations to various venues, including the California Republican Assembly (CRA), where he said he worked in the question of Obama’s eligibility.  However, he said that anyone can present the Obama eligibility question to others cogently using his simple materials.  During our interview, he told us to “feel free to download it, use it in any way you see fit, and encourage others to use it.”  Miller also said that people with Powerpoint skills can add information to his presentation if they desire.

Miller said that his presentation, which he assembled in two days, had its “test drive” at the Bakersfield Tea Party on February 27. “I finished it on Thursday at 1:45 p.m. and got in my car and drove to Bakersfield,” he told us.

He said that at least 100 people were in attendance and paid very close attention to the information he shared, which included that Obama “hasn’t shown any proof of who he is or that he’s eligible.”  Of members of Congress, Miller said, “They really have enough information to hold eligibility hearings.  He’s been called on it; he has to prove that he’s eligible.  If he could have proved it, he would have done it already.  Congress has violated their oath to the Constitution by failing to investigate.”

“Are people still afraid to talk about the eligibility question, or have they been emboldened by viewing your information?” we asked, to which Miller responded, “I think it emboldened some people.  Some people actually stood up and said ‘I’m going to do this tomorrow.’  I got several emails at my site the next day.  More than half of the people there were watching every move, and I could see by their body language that they were in tune with what I was saying.”

Following his address, Miller said that the question-and-answer session lasted an hour and would have continued except that the building had to be closed for the evening.  “They were focusing on [Rep. Kevin] McCarthy, who’s been very hostile to this whole thing.  I also suggested they contact Rep. Tom McClintock, who’s supposed to be the state’s leading conservative, who not only doesn’t help, but mocks people and attacks them viciously when they bring it up,” he said.

“We had a really good discussion on immigration,” Miller recalled.

Miller said that he will consider giving the presentation again but encourages others to pick up his work and share it with as many people as possible.  “I’d like as many as many people to take the initiative on their own as possible,” he told us.  He suggested video-taping each presentation and posting it on YouTube.

We asked Miller if he had any suggestions to a novice who would like to begin making presentations on the Obama eligibility/identity question, to which he replied, “They should get someone who is knowledgeable to support them.  Find someone in their area, or import someone, to do it.  There are dozens of people across the country such as a Gary Wilmott or CDR Charles Kerchner.”  Miller said his tea party group used that strategy when they were voicing their opposition to Agenda 21.

For those who do not feel they can give a presentation, Miller suggested they bring others to one scheduled in their area.

“The country is disintegrating, and we have to do something about it,” Miller said, mentioning unfunded liabilities, the national debt, weak GDP, inflation, and the unemployment rate, which he said is much higher than the typical numbers reported on the news.  He described the United States as “a third-world country” currently.

Miller faults Speaker of the House John Boehner for allowing funds to be appropriated for the out-of-control spending over which Obama has presided.  Boehner has two candidates challenging him in the Ohio Republican primary this year.

Miller had high praise for Don Fredrick’s book, The Obama Timeline.  Fredrick operates a website by the same name and is a contributor to The Post & Email.

Thank you, Post Email, for keeping us up to date while the Media has remained silent except to poke fun at “birthers.” It is interesting to note that Arpaio has assurances from media now to be on board when his information is released. The PE articles will be part of the historical record when all is said and done.

It appears the tide has turned on the obama usurpation of office issue, and that’s great. In 2008, when these questions about obama’s eligibility started to rise, they, and their proponents, were attacked viciously by democrat machine, and the repubs wanted nothing to do with going after a ‘black’ candidate. Today the skin color sacred cow seems to have been slain, and that’s a good thing. Now, it is time to attack the subject clearly and openly because it needs to happen.

The Miller presentation sounds like a good tool to use in addressing the subject to those who have little or limited knowledge about the subject.
