On October 22, a trial was held in the Marion County Superior Court to determine whether or not Barack Hussein Obama’s name should appear on the state ballot on November 6 given the anomalies and pronouncements of forgery asserted by two expert witnesses who testified.  Judge Sherry Reid was the presiding judge whose decision Taitz is awaiting.

Charles Woods, the father of former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods and one of the four Americans killed in the Benghazi attack on September 11, appeared to call Obama a “coward” by not ordering military assistance for the besieged consulate.  However, Woods also said that he “forgave” Obama “if he were responsible” for his son’s death on September 11.

Emails released by major news services last week indicate that members of the FBI, CIA, State Department and the executive branch were observing the Benghazi attack in real time from two drones flying overhead.  Obama has failed to answer questions or give a press conference on how soon he learned of the attack and the orders he might or might not have given.  Several military commanders’ replacements were announced over the last several days with either a vague explanation or none at all as to why they were being relieved of duty.

Obama has been known to lie.  His public life story first maintained that his parents were married when he was born, but recently he has claimed that he was born to a single mother.  His biography said for 16 years that he was born in Kenya, then in 2007 it was changed to read that he was born in Hawaii.  He announced his run for the presidency in February of that year.  Yet a third account stated that he had been born in Indonesia, supported by left-wing commentator Chris Matthews.

Taitz has named Matthews as a defendant in a case which includes members of the media who Taitz claims have slandered her.

Obama had promised “transparency,” but his Department of Justice has kept information shrouded in secrecy.  The New York Times maintains its story that the Obama regime has been in negotiations with Iran to re-establish diplomatic relations, although Iran is officially declared a major sponsor of terrorism and desires the destruction of Israel.  Last June, putative Attorney General Eric Holder asked Obama to claim executive privilege over documentation relating to Fast & Furious, the gun-running operation which Holder testified he had known nothing about until the summer of 2011 when emails show that he knew about it at least a year before.

Putative Vice President Joe Biden also lies.  During the debate with vice-presidential nominee Paul Ryan, Biden stated that no religious institution had been forced to provide contraception against its principles by Obamacare, which is false.  More than 35 institutions have filed suit because of a mandate which compels them to provide contraception, abortifacients and sterilization to employees.

At a ceremony held on September 14 after the remains of the four Americans killed in Benghazi was held at Andrews Air Force Base, Biden said something unconscionable to Mr. Woods which cannot be repeated here.  Serious questions about Biden’s neurological health have been raised by writers and mental health experts, as Biden often misstates where he is and exhibits questionable public behavior.

During the Biden-Ryan debate, Biden laughed, sneered, threw up his hands in the air, lied, and frequently interrupted Ryan when it was Ryan’s turn to speak.

Obama’s pick to head the U.S. State Department, Hillary Clinton, had told Mr. Woods at the ceremony that those who released an anti-Islamic video would be prosecuted, but for what crime?  Clinton, too, perpetuated the fiction that the violence in Benghazi erupted over the video.  It has been stated that Hillary Clinton has retained an attorney to handle possible criminal charges which might emanate from the Benghazi massacre.
