ORLY TAITZ REPORTS FROM INDIANA FOLLOWING TRIAL

by Sharon Rondeau

Atty. Orly Taitz represented several Indiana plaintiffs in a challenge to Obama’s eligibility and placement on the Indiana ballot for November 6

(Oct. 22, 2012) — The Post & Email has spoken briefly with Atty. Orly Taitz, who was present at a trial regarding Obama’s eligibility and identity in Indianapolis, IN today.

Taitz posted a press release on her website which reports that the testimony of two witnesses was “admitted into evidence.”

“It went well,” Taitz told us.  Taitz did not have much time, as she was on the airplane awaiting takeoff and was expecting to have to turn off her phone shortly.

When The Post & Email asked what the judge had said during the hearing, Taitz said, “She allowed into evidence the testimony and exhibits of Chito Papa and Paul Irey showing forgery.  The attorneys for the defense were saying, ‘Well, we shouldn’t allow the exhibits of Paul Irey,’ and she looked at him and said, ‘He has 57 years of experience in typesetting; I’m going to allow it.'”

Paul Irey published a detailed report on Obama’s long-form birth certificate in June of last year.

Chito Papa had provided an affidavit to Taitz stating that he has ten years of web development experience and that Obama’s long-form birth certificate “has many layers of images on it.”

The phone call lasted less than two minutes, as we were disconnected prematurely.

As part of her press release, Taitz said that Irey testified that “Obama’s birth certificate is a computer generated forgery.”

Taitz’s announcement states that a decision is expected to be rendered within a week.
