How Did Obama Obtain Clearance for National Security Briefings?

WHY DID VARIOUS BIRTHPLACES, HOSPITALS, AND LIFE STORIES NOT RAISE A RED FLAG IN 2008?

(Sep. 19, 2012) — On September 17, 2012, Mitt Romney received his first national security briefing in Los Angeles, CA as a candidate for president.

As of September 13, the Romney campaign had indicated that Romney was not receiving briefings, although historically, presidential candidates receive them shortly after they have accepted their party’s nomination.  The Republican National Convention concluded on August 30, 2012.

Security briefings are reportedly arranged by the “intelligence community.”  The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), created by an act of Congress in 1947, employs a Director of Central Intelligence who serves as “the principal adviser to the President for intelligence matters related to the national security;” and “as head of the Central Intelligence Agency.”  The President is the head of his National Security Council, with the Director of National Intelligence acting as an “intelligence advisor.”

Former U.S. Army General David H. Petraeus (Ret.) was appointed to be Director of the CIA on September 6, 2011.

The Los Angeles Times reported that when Romney did begin to receive the briefings two days ago, they “would not be as detailed as the daily update the president receives.”  Since taking office, Obama has reportedly skipped more than half of the national security briefings which the White House website states he is expected to be chairing.

The Democratic National Convention concluded on September 6, 2012 and has officially nominated Obama as its candidate, despite questions about the authenticity of his documentation.  Ballot challenges to Obama’s eligibility continue to be filed in and litigated in the states of Vermont, Indiana, Mississippi, and California.

Obama has stated that a presidential candidate’s life “should be an open book,” but his college applications, transcripts, medical information and school records have never been released.  How did Obama qualify for a security clearance without his background being readily available for scrutiny by the “intelligence community?”  What are the elements of the “required security clearance process?”

The Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff’s Office has declared that Obama’s long-form birth certificate image and Selective Service registration card are forgeries which did not emanate from actual paper documents.  Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo has indicated his frustration with Congress and specifically, Speaker of the House John Boehner, who reportedly has refused to conduct a congressional investigation into the posse’s findings.  How did a candidate with aliases have his name placed on any state’s ballot or receive national security briefings in 2008?

Obama’s mother also had several aliases.  Is her life story also subject to question?

If Obama found his “birth certificate” in the pages of a book during his youth, why did an attorney allegedly travel from Washington, DC to Honolulu, HI in April 2011 to obtain two certified copies of it? Did Judith Corley actually go to Hawaii? Was Obama’s book Dreams From My Father “a cover story for a life that never happened?”

Why do the individual states, when given the opportunity, refuse to investigate the discrepancies and allegations of Social Security fraud and identity fraud on the part of Obama?  Will the state of Indiana be different?

Rather than investigate the posse’s claims, the mainstream media has demonized or attempted to discredit the messengers, although recently, some in the media have accused Obama of dishonesty.

In March, after the MCSO’s first press conference announcing its conclusions, Democrats either laughed off the claims that Obama’s documentation was forged or failed to respond to telephone calls and emails from The Post & Email.  While in 2008, most nomination forms lacked the language indicating that Obama and Biden were constitutionally qualified for the presidency and vice-presidency, respectively, the forms issued after the DNC convention earlier this month contain the language.

This morning The Post & Email contacted the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to inquire as to which federal agency performs a background check on presidential candidates to affirm that they are able to receive sensitive national security information.  The public relations employee who took our call said that he “had no comment” and “I don’t know where to send you” for an answer to our question. “There isn’t going to be a governmental agency willing to talk to you about this,” he said.

Previously, a spokesman for the FBI had told us that the FBI does not vet presidential candidates.  Then who does?

Is it possible that Arpaio’s office is wrong, and all of Obama’s documentation is legitimate?  Or was a clearance issued to Obama in error or through a conspiracy in 2008?

Recently, Obama has said that he was “born to a single mother,” which his wife Michelle had also said at a fundraiser in Missouri in July 2008.  However, Obama’s public life story says that his parents were married when he was born.  Numerous congressmen have relied on two alleged birth announcements in Hawaii newspapers as proof that Obama was born in Hawaii, ostensibly making him eligible for the presidency.  There are also inconsistent reports about where Obama was born, with a writer for a Hawaii newspaper originally stating that Obama’s birthplace was Indonesia before changing it to Hawaii; a biographical sketch published for 16 years by Obama’s literary agent stating unequivocally that he was “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia;” and two different hospitals identified in Hawaii as Obama’s birthplace.  Neither hospital has claimed that Obama was born there.

Donald Trump has called for Obama to release his college applications, suggesting that Obama received scholarship money intended for foreign-citizen students to attend college in the United States.  Trump had been scheduled to release a “big surprise” at the RNC which was preempted by the postponement of the first day of the convention because of a tropical storm.  News that the presentation would be rescheduled has not yielded any formal announcement from Trump, who is a Romney supporter.

Some have questioned who Obama’s biological father was, suggesting that it was Frank Marshall Davis or Malcolm X.  Investigator Zullo has stated that there is no evidence that either of the people Obama has claimed are his parents truly are.

Did the CIA vet this information, and if so, how did it pass muster?  Does the CIA or any other “intelligence” agency know the truth about Obama?
