“NO MEDIA BIAS?”

(Sep. 4, 2012) — Like millions of Americans our family watched major portions of the Republican National Convention. We will give similar attention to the Democrats albeit with a different perspective.  This is not to suggest that we would endorse the Democrats, for the Democrats led by Obama, a man of dubious roots and clearly anti-American values have so set themselves apart from the American tradition as to approach betrayal and tyranny on a scale never before seen in this country. Oh, yes, the Civil War most certainly witnessed a divided America, but not in this fashion.  This time it has been a constant drumbeat of attacks lead by Obama from the left: attacks on the institutions of faith, justice, governance and the Constitution so as to be genuinely un-American if not treasonous.

The man in the White House, confessed that he found by smiling he could ingratiate himself to whites who were then eager to help him. And help him they did, and now Americans reap the systematic destruction of the greatest economy in the history of the world, all in the name of spreading the wealth around; and, while claiming that he has created more jobs than Ronald Reagan. The fact is, Obama’s policies are the 21st Century equivalent of Killing the Goose that Laid the Golden Egg!

Never before in the history of the country has there been an administration-led effort to kill off economic growth because he openly opposes the free market economy; while at the same time claiming that job creation exceeded that of previous Administrations.

Never before has the media played such a major overt role in advancing the leftist agenda.  One wonders what their mothers put in their food…and someday they will look back and wonder what they were thinking. One clearly remembers school years when teachers advocated the principles of love, compassion, fairness and equality.  While doing so they taught the value of hard work, individual achievement and personal responsibility. They told stories of how our predecessors came to this land so they could work for a better life, and despite Obama’s best efforts that dream is alive today.

Americans not long ago were taught to achieve on their own, to study and take tests on their own, to work and save on their own, to strive for a higher level than where they found themselves, and to set goals.  Then exert both mental and physical energy in pursuit of their goals and dreams…the American dream. Idealistic? Hardly! Generations upon generations of Americans have advanced themselves through that precise methodology. But enter Obama and his left, cloaked in benign liberalism, but in truth work to induce perpetual economic slavery.

If one would read Obama’s autobiography they would find his racism is riveting from the very beginning with the title, “Dreams from my Father, a Story of Race and Inheritance.” From cover to cover the book drips with Obama’s racist angst, his sullen resentment, his wish, like Malcolm X to purge the white blood from his veins…which he then artfully softens, but the message is plain…if he could he would.

He writes of alcohol and illegal drug use, implies homosexual activity, and his associates in his own words were Marxists and other likeminded misfits.

In the 2008 election cycle Obama asserted that he would surround himself with people who were likeminded.  He kept that promise and left policy-making and implementation to his czars while he played golf, traveled large at taxpayer expense and in the mold of Bill Clinton continued to campaign from the moment he was elected. The tragedy for America is that good, but naive Americans were duped by Obama’s “normal” guy facade. But Obama is no normal guy, he is deeply anti-American, and despite his self-proclaimed Christian label most likely spoke the truth when he confessed his “Muslim faith” to George Stephanopoulos.  Aside: What Stephanopoulos really meant when he asserted that there is “no media bias” is that they are “full in for Obama,” therefore there is no bias, only commitment. When radio wild man Savage wrote, “Liberalism is a Mental Disorder,” he nailed it.

Under Obama the nation has the million-dollar smile but at home only the dreary, dull, dank prospects of socialist slavery. Existence? Yes. A shining city on a hill? Yes, but with the lights turned out.

On the other hand are Mitt Romney and running mate Paul Ryan, the right men, with the right experience, motivation and skills at the right time in history to give Americans a clear choice for strengthened social fabric, moral leadership and renewed prosperity. To paraphrase a well-known verse.. Choose, this day whom you will elect, but as for me and my house we will vote for Romney/Ryan.
