JUDGE RULES THAT THREE OF FOUR POINTS CAN BE PURSUED

by Sharon Rondeau

According to Taitx, WIBC will be broadcasting the report from the Marion County courthouse today on her challenge to Obama's placement on the Indiana ballot for November

(Aug. 8, 2012) — Atty. Orly Taitz told The Post & Email earlier today that her case against the Election Commission in Indiana will go forward.

Taitz reported that during a hearing this morning, Judge S.K. Reid ruled in Taitz’s favor in three out of four causes of action:  fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligence. “The only cause of action under which I cannot proceed temporarily is an agency appeal because of a technical requirement, but I can refile the fourth one  after the Democratic National Convention.  We’re going to challenge Obama in the general election,” Taitz said.

The case will proceed under the same case number.

Because the judge ruled in Taitz’s favor, Taitz will write a “proposed order” stating the three causes of action which will be pursued.  “It’s like a victory lap,” Taitz said.  The judge gave Taitz three days to file her brief, after which the defendants have 23 days to respond.  “I’m going to file much faster because I want it to move quickly,” Taitz said.

At issue is whether or not the name “Barack Obama” should appear on the Indiana ballot because he filed papers under that name when an Indiana statute stipulates that a candidate’s name on the ballot must match that which appears on his birth certificate.  Although declared a forgery, Obama’s long-form birth certificate which was posted on the White House website states his name as “Barack Hussein Obama II.”

Taitz’s lawsuit names the Indiana Election Commission and Secretary of State, who were represented by the office of the Attorney General by means of a deputy attorney general and a district attorney general.

Taitz said that a reporter from a major radio station, WIBC, attended the hearing at the Marion County Superior Court this morning and will air the outcome of the hearing soon.

Today also a marked change in the tenor of the political discourse in America.

Finally, people are saying in public what they have felt since 2008:

Ann Coulter (with Hannity on 8/8/12):
“Obama is a Liar!”

Monica Crowley (with Hannity on 8/8/12):
“Obama is lying.”

John, your comment is on the money. Many people are “expatriating”, getting dual citizenships or going to Canada or other countries. Since 1975 after Vietnam, we have seen a few recessions go through their cycles and things have gotten worse in many areas that needed attention as in certain tech fields, aviation and others. Rather than “fix” what was wrong, management found new ways to ignore or cover up problems and counting on there being a plentiful supply of qualified bodies, they moved forward with new ways to make wrong look right. It worked for a long time at the cost of high attrition of personnel but over time it begins to show and now it is showing in every area but due to business as usual, it may never change. After 43 years in the “tech job market” and three career changes, I don’t see a whole lot of change in areas that need serious attention. So, people are getting tired of the lies and endless excuses and are just choosing to leave rather than continue to throw up listening to the broken record playing over and over again. Job security and livable wages are key. I am waiting to see “the magic wand” that they will pass over the land to heal all. Look at what they have done to Walt, Lakin, Wood and are continuing to do to Orly. If they can nullify law and Constitution, don’t you think it has gone beyond the point of “0ut of control” and if we install a “conservative” remember the same “troublemakers” that are ruining the country now will still be there to continue to do damage. It’s time for a reality check and to stop pretending that Cinderella will fix all with an election. We are tired of seeing good Military and Civilian people trashed by these vandals that no one would normally associate with, they should be in prison or given the death penalty for Treason, Perjury and Election Fraud. I and many others have been holding my breath for over three years and have seen every legal channel closed to “We The People” trying to “legally” prosecute them and other than greed, ignorance, obfuscation, ego, judicial corruption at ALL levels, without cleaning out the entire system, the same people are still there to continue what they are doing now. Where is the guarantee that Judicial Corruption WILL stop?? Let’s get real, they have a good thing going and do you think it will stop at election time?? Every Democratic President has left the same legacy and if another Democratic President gets in again, do you think America will survive another mass scandal/ripoff/coverup/sham/judicial obfuscation and attempted internal destruction of America? Don’t think they won’t try it again, although no one could be dirtier than Clinton. This time we got a double dose and I don’t think America will stand another round of criminal destruction, it’s pretty far gone now. More pretense from Gen X and the current people in power won’t fix it either. It takes “experienced” leadership and real men to be responsible to take charge and prosecute wrongdoing and corruption. Rewarding corruption is all we have at this point.

I too read Yates article and could not find fault with it. I have tilted at most of the windmills, or least all that I could find, and never even came close to knocking any down. We the People no longer have access to avenues for redress of grievances. That’s tyranny!

Yates made mention that the passport application process had been tightened up. To what end, I wonder?

Interesting, but how far will justice be allowed to run? We have received so many false hopes from the judiciary that it is difficult to raise one’s hopes for a legitimate opinion from the court.

Steven Yates has written a new article dubbed ‘Moving Day’ explaining why he has emigrated to Chile. He thinks the USA is already toast. I can’t discount any of his comments.

We need to see some progress with regard to removing the communists from our government. We need to see that progress soon.
