UNDER ARTICLE II, SECTION 1, CLAUSE 5 OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION

by Neil Turner

(Mar. 18, 2012) — As you all know by now, Article II, Section 1, requires that all candidates for the Office of President (and Vice President) be ‘natural born Citizens’ (not just native born, and not just naturalized) – that is to be born of U.S. citizen parents – natural born, native born, or naturalized.

And as most of you know, Barack Hussein Obama is obviously NOT a natural born Citizen, and as many more of you know, LA Gov. Bobby Jindal and FL Senator Marco Rubio are also definitely not natural born Citizens (their parents were not U.S. Citizens at the time each of these gentlemen were born).

Therefore, none, repeat none, of their names can be on the ballot in either the primaries or the general elections of 2012, if we are to have fair and Constitutional elections.

One of the best ways to help assure that they are not on the ballot in the remaining primaries and in the General Elections this November, is for voters to mount ballot challenges with the Secretary of State in every State of the Union, and in Washington, D.C. You can get much guidance at

www.ObamaBallotChallenge.com.

Since our elected officials, our judiciary, and the Lame Stream Media have failed to expose or address this issue for any of the current candidates, – obviously being aware that it would expose Obama’s own ineligibility, not to mention his felony Mispersonization of Identity by posting of a forged Certificate of Live Birth on the White House website on 27 April, 2011 (see it all disclosed here at Sheriff Arpaio’s Press Conference on 1 March, 2012):

… it therefore becomes incumbent upon We The Voters to make sure that all candidates prove their eligibility in 2012, lest acts that are repugnant to the Constitution go unanswered and it be dismantled – one Article and Amendment at a time.

Unfortunately, after many inquiries of his campaign, Senator Rick Santorum has refused to provide evidence that his immigrant father, Aldo Santorum (R.I.P.), was naturalized before Rick was born on May 10, 1958, if at all.  If he was not, then Rick obviously was not a ‘natural born U.S. Citizen’ at the time of his birth, and would therefore be ineligible for the Office of President. It is the responsibility of the candidate to prove their eligibility, whether or not they are challenged.

Since Senator Santorum obviously refuses to address the issue on his own, it now becomes incumbent upon us to make ballot challenges to force the issue for him also. You can look for guidance at www.ObamaBallotChallenge.com.

For those of us who have friends in California, ballot challenges can easily be mounted by downloading and filling out a 2 page ‘California Voter Election Complaint Form’ on your computer, printing it out, signing it, then faxing it in to the CA SoS at the number on the bottom of the form:

Go here: http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/fraud-complaints/pdfs/english-voter-fraud-complaint-form.pdf

Below (and attached) are samples of two that I submitted in CA on Friday, 16 March, 2012:

Santorum Complaint:

Presidential candidate “Rick Santorum” has been unwilling to produce documented proof that his father, Aldo Santorum, was ever naturalized as a US. Citizen PRIOR to the date of Rick Santorum’s birth on May 10, 1958, as this would have been necessary for candidate Santorum to qualify and be eligible as a ‘natural born Citizen’, as required by Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution for eligibility for the Office of President of the United States.

This is a demand that, according to the laws of California and the United States, Mr. Santorum’s name NOT BE ON THE 2012 BALLOT in California – unless he produces documented proof that his father was naturalized a U.S. citizen – prior to Mr. Santorum’s birth.

Obama Complaint:

Presidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama has confirmed that his father was not a U.S. Citizen at the time candidate Obama was born – thereby confirming that he is not a ‘natural born Citizen’ as required by Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution for the Office of President of the United States. (See U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Minor v. Happersett, 154 U.s. 116, 167 (1874))

Presidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama produced a forged document claimed to be a certified copy of his Certificate of Live Birth – posted on the White House website on 27 Apr., 2011. Said document was proven to be a blatant forgery at a Press Conference held by Sheriff Joe Arpaio on 1 March 2012, thereby confirming a Felony act of Mispersonization of Identity by Mr. Obama.

In Liberty and In Truth.

  1. John;
I agree that it is rapidly approaching the time for another ‘Battle of Athens, TN’.
I also believe that if Obama’s name in on the ballot in 2012, the elections will be meaningless – with or without voter ID required.
My objective here is to get as many Americans involved in this process of upholding and defending our Constitution as possible.
Maybe some of the Damnocrats will file complaints against Santorum on the basis of eligibility, to ensure that the Senate passes another SR-511 like they did with McCain … and then conveniently omit the big O.

  2. This whole subject, along with making our elections honest, are the two most important subjects in America today. If we can’t honestly elect the people we want into office, then we are done as a country. Sadly, the two major political parties are both corrupt and they will not help us accomplish either goal. Nor will the already elected public servants. Nor will the unions.

It’s all up to us. I’m reminded of the Battle of Athens – they had similar problems at the time, didn’t they?
