OBAMA CONSOLIDATES POWER TO POTENTIALLY SEIZE PROPERTY, RESOURCES FROM THE PEOPLE

(Mar. 18, 2012) — After his effective coup against the United States Congress, in which he, his bought-and-paid-for “General” Dempsey and Communist Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta commanded that said Congress was now subservient to the United Nations, NATO and/or any other foreign power he decides on, Obama has now turned his sights back on the American people.
On Friday, 16 March 2012, Dictator-in-Chief Obama signed his latest illegal Executive Order (only appearing to matter to US Constitutionalists whom his criminal syndicate calls “terrorists”), which he calls “National Defense Resources Preparedness.” This EO gives the Obama Syndicate the “right” to steal anything and everything from the American people they desire. These include but are not limited to, food, energy, water, health, all civil transportation and all other materials, services and facilities. It also allows Obama’s now completely criminal government–who neither Congress nor the courts have tried to stop in any way whatsoever–to nullify any contract (including what’s left of the now heavily-shredded US Constitution) made between the US government and any private company and/or the American people. It gives the Obama Syndicate total control of the US Government and total control of ALL resources–including everything formerly owned by you and me–of and in the USA.
Sec. 201. Priorities and Allocations Authorities. (a) The authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071, to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense, is delegated to the following agency heads:
(1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;
(2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;
(3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;
(4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;
(5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and
(6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.
In other words–for my leftist readers–this means Obama controls and can do with as he pleases EVERYTHING in what was formerly OUR country. Obama has now slapped the American people firmly in their faces with his gauntlet and has tossed it to the ground. He has dictated that he can declare peacetime Martial Law–at his discretion and at any time of his choosing (say, shortly before the upcoming General election or after it when he loses?)–and become the “official” and recognized Dictator of ObamaLand.
This is it, folks. Time to choose up sides and prepare for the obvious war Obama is waging against us…and it’s now heated up markedly.
Oh, and by the way, Obama also issued another decree yesterday…his “Happy St. Patrick’s Day” card! Said decree demands all colleges and universities, despite their religious beliefs and tenets, must provide birth control and abortion drugs to their students. The dictator is on a roll and this time it’s over us with an Obama White House bulldozer.
By the way…where IS Congress on these? Are we panicking, yet?

Eisenhower brought this EO out during his term. Bits and pieces of the EO came from FDR’s reign of terror. Clinton was the last one to update it before PBO redid it last Friday. The current version dropped FEMA, which is now part of DHS, and brought DHS in. The current EO is more intrusive than its predecessors in that it is somewhat more vague on when it’s provisions can be invoked and in how far the provisions can be carried.
It could be what is going on is that Obama is just using the EO for more intimidation. We see the intimidation factor in the non-profit TEA Party organizations harassment by the IRS, by the FBI in the Fitzpatrick issues, by the DOJ when states attempt to exercise their 10th A rights, etc. Now the Dictator in Chief is showing his power by re-issuing the “martial law” EO.
This is a classic rock and a hard place situation. The 2nd A has been gutted such that if arms are taken up outside of the provisions of a constitutional militia, which is no longer possible, martial law will be declared and the EO will be invoked. If you attempt to direct your elected weasel to stop the proliferation of EO’s, which are unconstitutional, he will ignore you.
History shows us the way in the chronology of our founding documents: first came the Declaration of Independence, then the Articles of Confederation, then our present Constitution and lastly the Bill of Rights.
So is it time for a reset? Break out your pocket Constitution, go to the front and find the D of I. Check off all those elements of injuries and usurpations that we have, again, today and see if we aren’t, almost, back to 1776!
Sit with your weasel and explain this to him or her. Ask if he or she wants to continue to be part of this march to tyranny. Ask if they aren’t complicit in this illegal rewrite of the Constitution by condoning it. Ask if they want their legacy to be a participant in the downfall of America. Ask them what recourse they think a citizen has in the 21st century under a tyrannical fedgov.
Others have made the comment that this is just an update and nothing to be concerned about! However, the previous EOs were issued by legal presidents! There is a reason for this update at this time and sooner or later we will find out what the reason was! RDC
Saint Patrick EVICTED the snakes (ie-Lucifer inc.) from Ireland. apparently the slimy critters took a slow boat to Kenya… to Indonesia… and then to Hawaii.. with stops in New York, Harvard, and of course Chicago. Well sir, the reason you may want to read history, is to learn and foresee the future outcome of events — especially as it relates to Marxist dictators. Reading is a great thing to do.
