Joining campaigns in Iowa, Georgia and South Carolina to challenge Barack Obama’s being on the 2012 ballot, COL(R) Lawrence Sellin, columnist for The Post & Email and earlier for Canada Free Press, has commenced a campaign to contact members of the New Hampshire Legislature to deny Obama’s name being added to the ballot because he is not a “Natural Born Citizen” as required by the Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution (U.S. citizen, born to two U.S. citizen parents).

Sellin has enlisted a group of hundreds of American patriots and military veterans who are sending emails to the N.H. Legislature.  This group, in turn, is contacting friends and family in their address books to also send emails to protest the recent Ballot Law Commission hearing which arrived at the decision to add Obama’s name to the 2012 ballot based only on the fact that he completed the application and paid the $1000 filing fee.

Sellin says:

“It does not matter where Barack Obama was born. His father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth and, therefore, he is not a natural born citizen and has never been eligible for the Presidency.

There is a substantial body of evidence demonstrating that the digital Certificate of Live Birth presented by Obama at a press conference on April 27, 2011 is a forgery, in addition to a forged Selective Service registration Obama also uses a Social Security number not issued to him.

I contend that we are in our current dire economic situation precisely because our political leaders were uninformed or complicit to vet Obama properly before the 2008 election.

Now there is no excuse based on ignorance. Political leaders are asking the American people to remain silent, not to vet Obama in 2012 and endorse blatant violations of the Constitution and permanent political corruption in Washington, D.C.”

  1. I would like to see LEGAL action filed against Rep. PELOSI and Sen MC CASKILL for forging false documents to get Obama vetted. That is where the whole thing started.

  2. The ballot challenge initiative movement seems to have grown legs. Here’s a link to the website that is collecting nationwide data and supporting the initiative:
The P&E is linked to this website.
The website is new and growing so it is a little hard to find status but it appears that 24 states are involved and at least five have active challenges, Hawaii being the latest.

  3. Thank you for all the e-mail addresses. Will be quite busy sending and forwarding to family and friends= American Patriots!

May Almighty God Bless America once again.

  4. In my opinion, the New Hampshire ballot commission does NOT have the authority to decide whether Obama is or isn’t a natural born citizen. Only the Supreme Court can do that. So, if we are trying to get the ballot commission to remove Obama from the ballot on the basis that he is ineligible, we are barking up the wrong tree. There is no way on Earth that the commission is going to do that. The commission simply doesn’t have the legal authority to rule on a matter of Constitutional law, regardless of how much evidence is presented.

However, in New Hampshire, all presidential candidates are required to swear that they are natural born citizens. The ballot commission DOES have the authority to determine the validity of Obama’s sworn statement.

We don’t need to prove that Obama is not a natural born citizen. We can’t prove that anyway. Only the Supreme Court can establish conclusively whether Obama is or isn’t a natural born citizen.

But we CAN prove that Obama swore falsely. One can swear only to that which one knows to be fact. If one swears to something which one knows to be uncertain, in doubt or subject to dispute, one has committed an act of “false swearing”.

We cannot conclusively establish whether Obama is or isn’t a natural born citizen, but we CAN show, conclusively, that Obama’s “natural born citizen” status is in doubt. Therefore, we can show that Obama’s sworn statement, declaring himself to be a natural born citizen, is “false” in the legal sense.

Only those who were born in the U.S., of U.S.-citizen parents, are definitely, without doubt, natural born citizens. Only they can legally swear to their “natural born citizen” status. Since Obama was born of a non-citizen father, his natural born citizen status is in doubt. Therefore, when he swore that he is a natural born citizen, he swore to something that is in doubt. Consequently, his sworn statement is invalid because it is legally false. Since Obama has not provided a valid sworn statement as required by New Hampshire law, Obama cannot be permitted to appear on the ballot in New Hampshire.

A New Hampshire election law complaint has already been filed, alleging that Obama’s sworn statement, regarding his “natural born citizen” status, is false because it asserts something which is not fact. Please urge the New Hampshire legislature to encourage the NH Secretary of State to expedite a hearing on that complaint. Feel free to file your own complaints making the same argument.

  6. Please email members of the New Hampshire House of Representatives to remove Obama from the ballot because he is not a natural born citizen and is therefore ineligible for the Presidency. He has also forged his birth certificate and Selective Service registration and uses a Social Security Number not issued to him. Here are all their email addresses taken directly from the NH House of Representatives website. You can cut and paste them into an email and email all at the same time.

Please share this article and these email addresses with friends or family who also wish to write an email. We have four New Hampshire reps on our side already. We need to recruit more. Please spread the word.
