HOW LONG CAN THEY CONTINUE TO STONEWALL?

(Jul. 4, 2011) — The following letter was sent to former Speaker of the House and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, and similar letters from the same constituent were sent to Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Barbara Boxer, all representing California:

Hon. Mrs. Pelosi,
Since fall 2008 I tried to reach you with my concerns that a presidential contender Obama/Soetoro did not qualify as the US Natural Born Citizen – the concept that has always meant (up to the Senate Res. 511, 2008 on McCain!) “Born to both American citizens in America‘s jurisdiction and never after changing his nationality.“
I finally received your replies in April 2009 (attached) when you addressed the issues of my letters, yet you had misinformed me.
You claimed as though the (not yet proven) fact of Obama/Soetoro’s birth in Hawaii to a knowingly non-American father is compatible with being a US Natural Born Citizen. This contradicts the above definition applied to McCain.
Moreover, you have not mentioned that the mere fact of upbringing of Obama/Soetoro in Indonesia and his adoption by an Indonesian stepfather made his Indonesian citizenship unavoidable, which abrogates Obama’s Natural Born Citizen status even if it were true at his birth.
You had clearly confused and misinformed me then.
Later I learned that you have written two non-identical official letters testifying as though Obama/Soetoro did qualify to be a presidential contender, yet you avoided the term US Natural Born Citizen.
Then it became public knowledge (thanks to Dr. Orly Taitz’s investigation team) that Obama/Soetoro has carried multiple Social Security Numbers, and his current one belongs to the state of Connecticut where he has never resided (case #1:11-cv-00402, Plaintiff vs. Michael Astrue, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, US District Court of the DC).
And when Obama/Soetoro finally produced an electronic copy of his purported Full Certificate of Live Birth in April 2011, it appeared to be a coarse forgery both logically and technically, as reported and filed to the FBI of the US and Hawaii by a certified expert Mr. Vogt: http://www.archiveindex.com/Obamas_Certificate_Forgery.html
If nothing else, this alone dishonors this Nation and the position of American Presidency beyond any limits. It presents a clear danger to our national security. And alas, it implicates you personally in helping and abetting a felony – the scam of the millennium. After all, your entire argument on legitimacy of Obama’s presidency (falsely) relied solely on the presumption of his Hawaiian birthplace, which you claimed you knew for sure in 2008. Yet the Governor of Hawaii in 2011 could not find the authentic birth certificate of Obama. And what Obama finally produced on April 27, 2011 appeared to be a forgery.
I demand that you initiate the Congressional investigation and prosecution of Obama/Soetoro, and that meanwhile he be immediately stripped of his presidential functions for which he had been never qualified anyway.

However, the main criminal is indeed Mr. Obama/Soetoro indicted (among other things) in forging his official copy of the full birth certificate and multiple fraudulent Social security numbers.
It is your dereliction of duty that this guy is still in the office rather than in prison.

Pelosi’s response to her constituent was sent two days before the first Congressional Research Service (CRS) memo was issued by Atty. Jack Maskell, who could be held criminally liable for deliberately omitting information which would have exposed Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility for the presidency.
Many scholars and constitutional experts have stated that simply being born in the country is not enough to be considered “natural born.”
Another reader and contributor to The Post & Email has suggested that “persistence can pay off.”
