Additionally, it will be sent to the Federal Elections Commission, Donald Trump, all major media, the foreign press, State campaign headquarters, Tea Party groups, the FBI, the Social Security Administration Commissioner, and the Selective Service System, et al.
This list is by no means exhaustive. Any citizen may mail it to others not appearing on this list such as state representatives and senators, governors, attorneys general, members of the U.S. Supreme Court and lower courts; sheriffs, law enforcement, American Legion Posts, and veterans’ organizations. It can also be sent to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, all military officers and constitutional attorneys.
LET IT BE KNOWN that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, Barry/Barack Soebarkh and variations thereof, attained to the office of the U.S. Presidency in January 2009 without meeting the eligibility requirements of Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution, which mandates only a natural born citizen (one born of two U.S. citizen parents) is eligible to hold that office. Take note: None of the 535 members of Congress can hide behind the April 3, 2009 and March 18, 2010 propaganda hit pieces written by Jack Maskell of the Congressional Research Service, which twists and corrupts the natural born citizen definition in a transparent attempt to provide cover for the cowardly congressmen.

LET IT BE KNOWN that just because there is no clear requirement stating a specific entity must ensure the eligibility of a candidate running for the U.S. presidency, that was no excuse for the 50 individual States, the Congress, or the Judiciary to abrogate their responsibility to American citizens by allowing an unvetted, ineligible person to be nominated, and then elected, to the U.S. presidency. The argument must be made that since no specific entity was required to ensure a candidate’s eligibility, then any appropriate investigative body could and should have performed that function! All branches of state and federal government FAILED the American people! Just because there is no specificity as to who should verify a candidate’s eligibility, that does not cancel the constitutional eligibility requirement! Additionally, LET IT BE KNOWN that the U.S. Senate passed S. Res. 511 declaring John McCain “a natural born citizen”, yet were totally silent on the more obvious question of Barack Obama’s citizenship status. Obama’s father was a Kenyan with allegiance to the British Crown and such allegiance passed on to his son, Barack Obama, at birth. So why didn’t Congress investigate how a man born subject to the British Crown could possibly be considered a requisite natural born citizen of the United States?

LET IT BE KNOWN that U.S. Code, Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 1, Section 4, gives the definition for Misprision of Felony:
“Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.” Every member of Congress, the Supreme Court, and all the judges handling all the Obama eligibility lawsuits were apprised numerous times of Obama’s felonious birth certificates, Social Security number, Selective Service Registration, et al, from American citizens. None of those officials can say they were uninformed. We have evidence that they were indeed informed, over and over again. The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform issued a report on August 16, 2010, outlining the use of taxpayer funds on government public relations and propaganda. The report states, “…Under one-party rule in 2009, the White House used the machinery of the Obama campaign to tout the President’s agenda through inappropriate and sometimes unlawful public relations and propaganda initiatives…” Unlawful? Where is the investigation? Of course, using taxpayer funds unlawfully should be investigated. But aren’t releasing to the public a fraudulent Certification of Live Birth, misusing a Social Security number, and using a falsified Selective Service Registration felonious crimes? Where is the investigation, Congress?

I’m new to this site but am amazed at the information here. I read that a gentleman who is an expert document examiner filed a complaint against Obama with the FBI just a few days ago. Seems to me that if people all across this country filed their own complaint against Obama with the FBI, maybe we could get somewhere. Strike while the iron is hot!

May I suggest that you post the letters received in return from the Congressmen and Senators after having sent them the demand letters. I have received “return” form letters from the three that I sent with all of the information. One included this statement, ” I believe this to be the true birth certificate and have not seen any evidence to the contrary.” So we certainly know that the “evidence” presented in the demand letter was not read. Another one that I tried to send to a state rep could not receive more than 5,000 words, and I don’t know how many words are in the demand letter.
I think it would be interesting to chronicle these letters in one place to show how our representatives continue to ignore us no matter what is sent to them. Later on we can compile them, compare them, and send them a URL to show how many are refusing to uphold their duty to us and the Constitution. I have three from TX to start it off.

Where to send the Citizens’ Demand Letter is a question that others may want to know also. Folks, let your imagination soar! Here are just a few suggestions, and you will have to research (easy to do on the internet) the addresses: your Congressional Representatives and Senators, state governors, local and WASH DC FBI offices, your entire personal address book, and ask them to send it their address book, etc. (power of 10!), Drudge.com, The Blaze.com, WND.com, Hannity, Van Sustern, Baier, Beck, Huckabee, Globe magazine, Boehner, Issa, DeMint, Sam Slom (H I state senator), dailymail.com, Kenya’s NSIS (http://nsis.go.ke/) because they are investigating birth info that may be missing or tampered with on obama, etc.
I have personally sent all those entities the TPE link to this article and have only just begun. If you all join in, and ask others to do the same, we can so magnify the effort that sooner or later, we will hit our target.

Passed the “Law of the Sea” Treaty by Executive Order, December. This treaty turned control of U.S. water and waterways over to the U.N. Treaties must be approved by 2/3 of the Senate but never had a chance to pass. Obamacare, exempting Friends of Obama and Government.

This is very interesting news, according to Colonel Gregory Hollister of Hollister v Soetoro, the questionable social security number reserved for Connecticut applicants/residents that Obama is using came back as “fail” and “SSN not in file (never issued)” when searched on the Social Security Number Verification Service (SSNVS) web site. The SSNVS web site allows certain registered users to verify names and social security numbers. If you recall, the social number was verified as being used by Obama in his questionable Selective Service registration which can be verified by any online user. This is just more proof that a full investigation and prosecution must commence. How much more evidence is needed!?

I served on the first AGJ wherein Bob Campbell served all members of Congress. Every last one of the members of Congress totally ignored the presentments. I have sent letters, made phone calls to my Congressman to no avail. At this juncture my Congressman will not even schedule a face to face meeting with me to discuss the matter. It’s the same response each time, “he produced his BC that clearly states he was born in HI.” I wonder what it would take to initiate a class action lawsuit against Congress for violating their oath of office. Anyone with ideas on how and if this could be done?

sharon —– we must get this letter sent to the ninth circuit court of appeals in ca. where oral arguments were heard on obama on 5 – 2 -11. the decision is pending there on those oral arguments for a trial to be held on the obama eligibility. also we must get this letter sent to all of the more than 3 thousand attorney generals and local district attorneys where treason complaints have been filed against obama with him labeled a foreign born domestic enemy. lt. cdr. fitzpatrick can probably supply a list of all these people. he has been the main one up front pushing and encouraging all people to file the treason complaints against obama. thank you.

An avalanche can be started with just one person. Perhaps someone could volunteer to keep a record of all of the officials to whom the petition has been sent to avoid duplication.
Count me in as a volunteer. I will be happy to mail as many as possible and to also keep track of the officials to whom the petition has been sent.

Outstanding work by Kathleen Gotto, but I consider the 20th Amendment, Section 3 to be a constitutional requirement that Congress vet the qualifications of a president-elect, which it can still do IMO.
Gotto’s statement that “. . . no specific entity was required to ensure a candidate’s eligibility. . .” does not seem to account for the 20th Amendment, which admittedly applies only AFTER a presidential election.

There are many others and my Demand Letter was not written to be the complete tome of obama’s crimes. I wanted to hit the key issues to get the attention of lawmakers primarily. This statement unfortunately suggests / implies that State Governments assign / issue SSNs. However, at the time that the Usurper’s fraudulent number was misappropriated, it was standard practice for the Federal Social Security Administration to issue SSNs having a three digit prefix indicative of the State wherein the recipient resided at the time of issue. These prefixes were reserved, in blocks, for each State or geographical area, respectively.
I would suggest that a more accurate statement could read:
“WHEREAS, Barack Hussein Obama’s SSN contains a prefix reserved for residents of the State of Connecticut, in which Obama never lived, and … ”

I think it is well-known by now that trying to encourage Donald Trump to further involve himself is wasted effort. It is now apparent he was enlisted merely to be given credit for the release of obama’s forged birth certificate in an attempt to discredit Jerome Corsi’s new book.

Roberts should have refused the first time, never mind the second time – which has never been seen by We The People.
