MAINSTREAM MEDIA GRUDGINGLY COVERS LAKIN’S RELEASE

(May 15, 2011) — KMBC-TV in Kansas City, MO posts the first mainstream media TV coverage (by an ABC affiliate, no less) of the release from Ft. Leavenworth of the political prisoner, LTC Terry Lakin.
Although the reporter, Dan Weinbaum, speaks insultingly about LTC Lakin being ‘an icon within the ‘Birther’ movement’, he does call them ‘those folks who for varied reasons don’t believe Obama is eligible to be president.’ Imagine that. An ABC TV news source saying ‘eligibility’ instead of ‘he’s a citizen’, or ‘born in the U.S. of A.’
However, on cue, like a mesmerized robot, Mr. Wienbaum has the audacity to show the recently posted (by the White House), blatantly fraudulent, so-called ‘Long Form Birth Certificate’ for the purported-to-be Barack Hussein Obama, II – as proof that LTC Lakin was wrong, and that Obama has now been shown himself to be ‘eligible’. That document is so badly Photo-shop produced that even a fifth-grader with a cheap computer can see it. It is so blatantly bad, it can be considered a Declaration of War on the Constitution and the American people!
Terry is still on active duty, and efforts are still under way to exonerate him and reverse his unlawful and unconstitutional conviction.
While the release of the Certificate of Live Birth for Mr. Obama may satisfy the media and the Congress for a month or two, the national uproar over the White House’s posting of the blatantly fraudulent ‘Long Form Birth Certificate’ should be the beginning of the end for Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro and his treasonous reign as usurper and Commander in Chief.

Just as I’d feared, Trump has abandoned us. Today he announced he isn’t running for president. He hasn’t said anything about the eligibility movement since Obama produced that forged piece of toilet tissue three weeks ago.
The Fogbowers are screaming “Where’s the tax returns!!!”. Evidently, Trump cares more about his businesses than his country. He admitted as much in his declination.
I can’t take much more of this….
I hope LTC Lakin doesn’t use the defense team that got him sent to Leavenworth in the first place. That guy threw the birthers under the bus. He forced Lakin to recant and denounce us in court. And Lakin still got sent to jail.
Wouldn’t it have been more honorable to stand up for what is right? We all witnessed the embarrassment of that trial. I don’t know if Terry really feels like that, but he hasn’t mentioned anything about Obama’s eligibility since December.
Lt. Col. Lakin will be exonerated and is a great American Hero who stood between us and the illegal communist muslim usurping fraud Obama.
Obama will be exposed We intend to keep the pressure on until Obama is unseated in disgrace and tried for high crimes and treason against the United States of America.
Even with the help of all corrupt media Obama is going down. You can only be a fraud so long before all the dominoes fall. It’s time for this dangerous illegal alien to be unseated from our White House and his illegal train of Czars and other criminal comrades.

I hope once Corsi’s book comes out tomorrow we will have more people realizing that Obama is “Not” eligible to be POTUS…. Yes! Obama needs to be tried for High Crimes of Treason against the United States of America!! Anyone who was actually complicit with this “Fraud” should be prosecuted also!!

A few days ago, a message was sent to LTC Lakin’s legal team bringing the Demjanjuk ruling to their attention. Dunno if they ever saw it. I firmly believe that the ruling is a precedent that could be of immense assistance to his appeal. The parallel is just too great to ignore.
The consequences of ‘just following orders’ could have serious repercussions for any military member in a possible war crime trial after having failed to challenge the illegal order that placed him or her in such a scenario.

Problem: The “Demjanjuk Ruling” was in a German court and will carry no weight whatsoever in the US.
Remember Nuremberg and what the American government did to Alfred Jodl? It now seems to speak with a forked tongue. Rise up patriots and don’t allow LTC Lakin to stand convicted!

Colonel Lakin WILL BE Exonerated. Obama remains a fraud and a traitor. It is only a matter of time before Obama will be exposed. He cannot suceed in living a major lie.

It would seem that now Lt. Col. Lakin has legal standing (he has suffered a loss), and nothing else to lose in his legal challenge of obama’s legitimacy. I can’t speak for him, but I hope he is now able to take advantage of the opportunity.
What concerns me is there is some sort of hidden agreement between Lakin and the military that allowed his early release if he promised to drop the matter. That’s the obama way.
I understand that he IS appealing so he hasn’t “drop[ped]” anything.
I hope you are right and that he gets the proper team together this time to fight them….it is disgusting what has and is happening to this man and his loved ones!
