A PROPOSAL

(May 14, 2011) — What is happening in America; and what can be done about it?

First, What Is Happening?

We are only now learning that the status of We The People of America has purposely been debased, from initially being sovereigns on the land, by virtue of our Declaration of Independence from Great Britain, to instead becoming enslaved by a private, for-profit corporation of greedy international bankers, as we had once been forewarned about by Thomas Jefferson.  This entire transition has been done surreptitiously, mostly through action of our usurped U.S. Congress that was crippled in March of 1861, and that since 1871 has deferred to a mock United States government under cover of martial law.

The consequence of this secret and hostile incursion into our free republic has been a growing web of fiction, deceit and lies, hiding what will likely become the grandest conspiracy ever known to man; undertaken so that the conspirators might ultimately achieve total world domination.  The past strength of America had been the greatest obstacle to the conspirators, but no longer.  We now find ourselves overwhelmed by a centrally planned collapse of our entire economic system, and are destined to capitulate soon.  Recent appeals for a reasonable cessation of the abuse, and return to sanity, have merely been met with promises, greater deceit, harsher abuse and ever more blatant lies.

We have learning that the entirety of our municipal, state, and federal government, its agencies, laws and courts, Wall Street, our fiat monetary system, certain international powers and some of the worlds military are aligned against us, and that inhumane technologies are likely being employed to thin our ranks while our own military is purposely being distracted by fighting endless un-winnable wars.  Bottom line: We The People are on our own, without the security and protection of lawful government.

What Can Be Done About It?

We need to be resigned to the fact the mock “United States” bears no relationship to the United States of America that it displaced decades ago.  Ours is an assumed participation in voluntary servitude under contract to elements of the private 1871 United States, subject to the jurisdiction of its commercial courts and statutes, all created to strip us of our wealth for the sake of their profit and to possess this land and its assets as their own.  It is a phony government created of, by and for a powerful cabal and its fictional entities.

There are some 3300 counties in this land.  Within each county are at least a few Liberty minded individuals knowledgeable about the early history of the united States of America and its founding fathers, who might be persuaded to lead a local organization in the creation and operation of a facility that can and will secure and protect the Liberty and wealth of the People, one based on Common Law and its courts, juries and remedies.

Outward action of this organization would appear benign, and would be to identify unnecessary legalization that weighs on the people and their Rights, and ought to be retired.  For example, these would include laws that are obsolete, those that are ridiculous on their face, and those that are unconstitutional or otherwise create unnecessary hardship.  The organization would intervene to cease enforcement of such laws, and would propose legislation that, if adopted, would eliminate those statutes, and thereby those costs to the People and their government.  The functionality of this organization would need to be conducted openly and formally, and be documented for the record.

This organization might advertise locally for individuals that have complaints against the present legal system to be brought to its attention, the object then being to seek remedies that favor the rights of the individual over the profiteering motives of commercial law courts and jurisdiction.  In anticipation of this role the organization would work with people within the county to set up a Common Law jurisdiction having all the prerogatives of Common Law’s petit and grand juries with their U.S. Constitutional guarantees.  There is historical precedence and justification for People to so act on their behalf.

Each received complaint would become a legal case, possibly to be joined with similar cases, then to be researched on behalf of the individuals and their Rights, and brought to a common and suitable conclusion.  Hopefully, many conclusions would result in existing laws being actively trimmed or eliminated, perhaps through the process of nullification.

This organization, its processes and achievements would endeavor to elevate and promote within the county the sovereignty of individuals, primarily by getting government off their backs where it does not belong, but also through educational programs.  Each successful county would serve as a model for other counties wishing to restore some degree of Liberty and sovereignty to its people, which could spread like wildfire across state lines.  Each state having more than a few such counties would be poised to seize State sovereignty, which necessarily would include a return to its organic constitution, or a remake of its constitution for those states that joined the union after the Civil War.

Every measurable bit of individual and common gain under this plan adds to the local power and force of the People, immediately and lastingly serving to advance the cause of Liberty, whether through acts of research, education, persuasion, understanding, self-sufficiency, courage, provisioning, barter, training, enforcement, instruction, aid, charity, or whatever.  All effort to cleanse the county of its corrupted legal system and to restore practicing sovereignty to individuals are necessary steps towards restoration of the Rights of the People, and will simultaneously add to the salvos of destruction raining down on the tyranny and robbing it of its sustenance, against which it has no defense.
