“AN UNPRECEDENTED CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEADERSHIP CRISIS”

I would respectfully suggest to you, sir, that the work you are doing could be likened to “re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic” while the nation is in danger of sinking beneath the waves of an unprecedented Constitutional and leadership crisis which has engulfed the nation.
We have a criminal incompetent Marxist usurper, and very likely an illegal alien, in the White House. This person is violating the United States Constitution every day he is in office, and in a multitude of ways, yet I see no evidence that you are concerned about this most urgent and critical matter, even to the slightest degree.
Please read the following excerpt from an article published today by the Canada Free Press, authored by Dr. Gerald Stephens, a former Marine, and provide me with your substantive response, something which you have so far failed to do in spite of numerous messages to your office and private meetings with you and your staff on this subject:
There is also dismay and disgust for other Republicans that are seemingly retarded or deaf. Their miserable cowardice to confront and resolve the perilous conditions afflicting the existence of our freedom and liberty is beyond comprehension. Discussion swirls around how they would be perceived if they shut down the government for the purpose of halting destructive runaway federal spending…they tinker a little with this and that without doing anything serious in the hope that you are too dull to catch on to their slight of hand tricks. Over 90% of the public believe that a significant question clouds the actual eligibility of Mr. Obama to be president, and his refusal to display for all the nation and world to see the proof, and mockingly taunts anyone simply asking to see his documentation. This is not a game of schoolyard hopscotch wherein children will argue about stepping on a line. It is one of the greatest constitutional issues to ever arise. Quite simply it is a question of do we have a president or criminal running the United States of America.
The nation is angry. Should we be deprived of forthright action by those who refuse to exercise their congressional authority, and mandate of the people to stop the bleeding, we will exercise our authority to confine you to ‘a has been’ in 2012. As a sign of good faith, we the people want a Resolution of the House demanding Mr. Obama provide proof of his eligibility. Deny this to us and experience the depression accompanying being denied a return to public office.
Sir – I must advise you that you are in grave danger of being considered a traitor to the United States of America for your abject failure to fulfill the duties required of you under the U.S. Constitution as a member of the United States Congress.
This failure will not go undocumented and unnoticed by the millions of American citizens who are demanding action by the Congress to resolve the many unanswered questions regarding the eligibility of Barack Obama to serve in the office of president of the United States of America.
I anxiously await your substantive response to this sincere and urgent request, a request directed to you personally from a concerned constituent who has also sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

CDR LaRocque has written an outstanding letter. It is brief, to the point and spells out the crisis conditions that this nation is now enduring. I believe we should all send a copy of his letter to our own reps and Senators.

A Jeopardy response to the phrase:
“This person has given aid and comfort to our enemies”.
Based on the response I recently got from my Senator, I believe they got together recently and reaffirmed they would all stick exactly with the April, 2009 Congressional Research Service document to answer any and all inquires about Obama’s eligibility. Anything not in that document does not exist to them. They think doing so will exempt them from liability when the house of cards completely collapses. It will be the lawyers fault who wrote the document and far as Congress is concerned.
That’s their story and they are sticking to it………….
I refuse to let this empty suit off the hook. He has a duty to his country which is laid out explicitly in his oath of office. He is derelict in that duty.
Moreover, he is smug, arrogant, glib, and ignorant. (This is the guy who stated in an MSNBC interview the presidential eligibility clause in the Constitution does not require a birth in the United States to serve in the office of president.)
Congressman Bilbray may continue to ignore messages like this, but I will keep sending them. This man is a pathetic excuse for a representative of the people. When this rotten mess finally goes critical, he will be held accountable for his shameful behavior and his self-serving cowardice.
Same here based upon the responses I’ve also recently gotten from my three Congressional representatives. According to them Obama is a citizen per the 14th Amendment therefore he is eligible. PERIOD.
Keep a copy of all such corespondence in a safe place, like printed hard-copy and/or on removable media. It’ll come in handy when they are all tried for failing to honor the oath of office they took.
Sir I agree with you 100%,I also believe trying to talk with any one in congress, the judicial system fed or state is like talking with a fence post in the middle of a pasture. No one will ever do any thing are say any thing. I hope you are right about the election but IMO I dont think there will be an election, I think marshall law will be declared just before the election and then you know what we the people will get. I sure hope I am wrong but I sure wouldnt do any betting on it.

If martial law is declared it not what we the people will get it is the surprise that the illegal feds will get. We will NOT roll over and die, we will instead roll over the fed.
