Mr. Lucas Daniel Smith consigns Kenyan Birth Transcript and affidavit to Dr. Orly Taitz

(Sept 4, 2009) — In the most stunning move of Dr. Orly Taitz, attorney, in her case Keyes vs. Obama, to obtain FOIA access to Barak H. Obama’s records, Attorney Taitz has published at her blog images of the Birth Transcript (it is technically not a Birth Certificate) and accompanying affidavit of Mr. Lucas Daniel Smith.
If authenticated this information would prove that Obama is not a Natural Born citizen regardless of whether the marriage of his parents is recognized as legitimate.
I have included the image of the Birth transcript at full resolution, for the sake of those who cannot get to Taitz’s site and would like an authentic copy, which I have not modified in any manner, and which I downloaded from Dr. Taitz’s site just about 1/2 hour ago. After the image, I include an exact transcript of the Lucas declaration, in text format, to hasten the download and access to this page, for those with a dialup connection to the internet.

1. My name is Lucas Daniel Smith. I am over 18 years old, am of sound mind and free of any mental disease or psychological impairment of any kind or condition.
2. I am a citizen of the United States of America, I am 29 years old and I was born in the state of Iowa.
3. I have personal knowledge of all the facts and circumstances described herein below in this declaration and will testify in open court to all of the same.
4. On February 19, 2009 I visited the Coast General hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.
5. I visited the hospital accompanied by one more person, a natural born citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly known as

“Zaire” and before independence as the “Belgian Congo”).
6. I traveled to Kenya and Mombasa in particular with the intent to obtain the original birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama, as I was told previously that it was on file in the hospital and under seal, due to the fact that the prime minister of Kenya Raela Odinga is Barack Hussein Obama’s cousin.
7. I had to pay a cash “consideration” to a Kenyan military officer on duty to look the other way, while I obtained the copy of the birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama.
8. The copy was signed by the hospital administrator.
9. The copy contain the embossed seal.
10. The true and correct photocopy of the Birth certificate obtained, is attached to this affidavit as Exhibit A.
11. I declare, certify, verify, state and affirm under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing statements of fact and descriptions of circumstances and events are true and correct.
12. I have no received any compensation for making this affidavit.
Further, Declarant saith naught.

The above transcript is exact, the spelling error in the word “contain” in item n. 9 is in the original. Items in Italics represent hand written text, but the signature text appears to be illegible for the first name, and thus the typed text was used instead.
There is a footprint on the Kenyan birth certificate so I would think that would be hard to forge. A judge could order Obama to produce a footprint for comparison. A foot print is as permanent as fingerprints. The catch would be how clear the print is on the birth certificate copy since the original is not accessible.
BHO continues to have his legal teams fight every single challenge to have his birth certificates released. Why is that, if he is infact a US Citizen born in Hawaii then why would he not end this by providing the necessary documentation.
His own actions provide those who want the truth to continue to dig into his past.
This coupled with the documentation he filed to get his college scholarships makes one wonder where this man really come from.

I, personally, saw and heard Lucas Daniel Smith read & affirm to the above 28. U.S.C. §1746 Declaration of Lucas Daniel Smith declaration in front of video and other cameras while he was standing on the sidewalks in front of the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse in Santa Ana, CA on Sept. 8, 2009, immediately after the court was dismissed and the court had not allowed Lucas Daniel Smith to give his testimony in court because the government had not been notified in advance that Attorney Orly Taitz intended to bring him as a witness. Because of threats on his life, he brought his testimony before those of us gathered there on the sidewalks to hear him. At least, now, his testimony and him giving it in public is preserved on camera and in our hearts that L. D. Smith did photograph the Kenyan birth certificaqte of Barack H. Obama.
Judge Carter explained to the government attorneys that it could be to their advantage to hear the Lucas Daniel Smith testimony that day because then they would have advance notice of what he was declaring and be better able to defend Mr. Obama, but the governmemt attorneys objected and according to procedures Judge Carter accepted their objections and did not allow Smith testimony that day, but it will be allowed at a later date after Attorney Taitz enters a formal motion that she will be bringing Lucas Daniel Smith as a witness.
Keep your little children home Sept. 8. Pray for Orly. The truth will set this nation free.
The timing of Obama’s latest school children indoctrination speech is no coincidence. September 8, 2009 is meaningful to Obama for a quite obvious reason. (See below.)

This certainly sheds some light on why Obama has been so determined that his Hawaiian birth records be kept secret–they are probably bogus. This Kenyan document and other relevant evidence surely deserves some official scrutiny by the courts and Congress. Where is the birth certificate? Kenya!
