(Jan. 14, 2013) — A new video produced by PPSimmons, whose co-founder, Carl Gallups, was interviewed by The Post & Email here and here, reports that the Maricopa County, AZ investigation into Obama’s eligibility and citizenship is continuing (H/T ORYR).
In early December, PPSimmons had produced a video stating that a development might occur by the middle of the month. The new video states that “the particular event” did not coalesce. However, Gallups states on the video that “Plan B for the matter may turn out to be a more powerful revelation event than the first plan was…”
The Post & Email has kept in communication with Gallups since the interview about the investigation, which officially began in September 2011 after the Surprise, AZ Tea Party approached Sheriff Joe Arpaio of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and asked that the authenticity of the birth certificate presented on the White House server in April 2011 be verified.
Arpaio has been sheriff of Maricopa County since 1993, having been re-elected to a sixth consecutive term in November. His office is known for its tough stance with illegal immigrants in the county.
At a press conference on March 1, 2012, lead investigator Mike Zullo and Arpaio reported that there was probable cause to believe that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.” At a subsequent press conference given on July 17, 2012, Zullo and Arpaio confirmed that the birth certificate is a forgery. Rather than launching their own investigations, reporters from major media outlets showed anger toward Arpaio and Zullo and did not televise their findings for public consumption.
Obama has affirmed in writing that the image presented to the public on April 27, 2011 is a certified copy of his original Hawaii birth certificate. Neither Zullo nor attorneys or researchers have been able to obtain a certified copy from the Hawaii Department of Health, as “privacy” concerns have been invoked by the state agency. A researcher who has spent the last four years studying Hawaii UIPA laws and requests told The Post & Email that Dr. Alvin Onaka, the registrar at the Health Department, has confirmed “by omission” that he cannot verify that the information on Obama’s alleged birth record is accurate.
“The matter is still huge; it is still hot, and it is still constitutionally relevant,” Gallups says in the video. “To date, there is not one piece of 100% legally verifiable evidence that Barack Hussein Obama is even a legal U.S. citizen,” he narrated. He states that the evidence shows that Obama is not a U.S. citizen.
Obama was allegedly re-elected to a second term on November 6, 2012, amidst multiple claims of voter fraud, including vote-flipping and non-English-speaking refugees having been instructed on how to vote for Democrats “all the way down” the ballot in Ohio.
It has been reported that Zullo will give a presentation to two tea party groups on Tuesday, January 15, and possibly release an update on the investigation, which seeks the cooperation of federal authorities.
Last July, The Post & Email contacted the FBI in Washington, DC to inquire if they are investigating the claims of forgery and fraud in regard to Obama’s documentation. At that time, the media spokesman advised us to contact our congressman if we believed a crime had been committed.
Congress has failed to launch an investigation into the allegations of fraud and forgery in regard to Obama’s documentation, having certified the electoral votes for him on January 4, 2013 without any objections.
The Post & Email communicated with Gallups just prior to the publication of this piece, and he stated that he had no “new information” at this time.
At the conclusion of the video, Gallups reminds the listener that President Richard Nixon began his second term before the evidence of his participation in the Watergate coverup was revealed and resulted in his resignation. Gallups concludes his narration with “We will not give up.”
