BUT WHAT IS HE HIDING?

by Sharon Rondeau

Why will Holder not turn over the documentation requested by the Oversight Committee?

(Jun. 19, 2012) — Attorney General Eric Holder and Chairman of the House Oversight & Government Reform Committee Darrell Issa met at 5:00 p.m. this evening as scheduled, but Holder failed to produce additional documents requested by Issa in advance of a contempt of Congress vote scheduled for 10:00 a.m. tomorrow against him.

A total of about 80,000 pages of documentation was requested by Issa more than a year ago, but only approximately 7,600 pages were handed over by the U.S. Department of Justice to the Committee.  Holder has stated that he is willing to brief members of Congress on the information but not turn over the documentation itself for which two subpoenas had been issued by Issa’s committee.  Following the meeting, Holder reported that “the committee rejected” his proposal.

Issa had made additional information from Holder a prerequisite of this evening’s meeting, and Holder arrived empty-handed.  Nevertheless, Holder stated that he believed his offer to Issa of a briefing and documents which he “thought would resolve the subpoenas” was “extraordinary” and “far beyond what any other Justice Department has offered.” Others seemed to believe that Holder had forfeited a chance to redeem himself by Issa’s agreeing to the pre-vote meeting on Capitol Hill which lasted 20 minutes.

On May 3, Issa had predicted that the Justice Department would not hand over the requested documents about the gunrunning scheme called “Operation Fast & Furious” carried out by the ATF which ultimately killed two Americans and several hundred Mexicans by allowing guns to “walk” to middlemen and ultimately to Mexican criminals and drug dealers whose cartels the ATF had hoped to “dismantle.”

Information about the inner workings of Fast & Furious has reportedly been provided by whistleblowers within the Justice Department.

Holder had reportedly identified documents which could be turned over to the committee but declined to do so today, instead requesting another meeting with Issa with whom he has been trying to “make a deal” since last Thursday after the contempt vote was scheduled.

According to Reuters, Issa has stated that Holder could theoretically release the requested documentation up to the moment of the contempt vote on Wednesday.  Issa has reportedly suggested that Holder and Obama “may have something to hide” as evidenced by their failure to produce documents subpoenaed last fall.

A law enforcement entity working in conjunction with an Arizona county sheriff’s department has determined that an image released on April 27, 2011 reported to be Obama’s long-form birth certificate is a forgery.  If true, what could Obama be hiding?

The same investigators claim that Obama’s Selective Service registration card and Social Security number are problematic.  Shortly after the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office announced it had commenced an investigation last September, the Selective Service Administration declared a change in policy and now states that it retained neither the microfilm of Obama’s registration nor the original paper record.

Rather than release proof that Obama is constitutionally qualified for the presidency and that his identification papers are in order, the U.S. Department of Justice under Eric Holder continues to dispatch attorneys to fight ballot challenges across the country at taxpayer expense.

Obama and Holder had pledged that the Obama regime would be “the most transparent Administration in history.”

Holder has sued several states for passing voter identification laws or making attempts to purge voter rolls of deceased individuals and those in the country illegally.  Obama declared a “policy change” in prosecutions of young illegal aliens, bypassing Congress after stating last year that doing so was “not how our system works.”

Members of the public have been mentioning “treason” in regard to leaks of national security information associated with the Obama regime.  In March 2009, a retired Naval Commander filed a treason complaint against Obama for violating the Posse Comitatus Act in March of that year which was not answered.  He filed another treason complaint against Obama because of Operation Fast & Furious.  The military retiree has since become a target of the IRS, with a reported half of his military pension confiscated each month without a court order.

Obviously Obambi was involved with Holder on this and they are trying to quench the flames so they both won’t get burned. After 18 months and a dozen meetings on Holder, it’s time to harpoon them both. Treason, Perjury and Election Fraud are the charges. How much longer will America allow these people to lie to their face?

There’s a good chance that Issa has what he needs from one of the whistle blowers but is unable to make it of public record because of the manner in which it was obtained.

We’re way beyond the point where Eric Holder should have been jailed. Unfortunately, the GOP lacks the courage to pursue him aggressively, and I seriously doubt that they’ll even vote to hold him in contempt.

This isn’t an administration, it’s the Obama Crime Syndicate!! It’s a conglomeration of the most vicious thugs this country has ever seen! The Mafia pales in comparison!
