WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE THAT HE IS A “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN?”

by Chris

Declaration of Candidacy signed by Barack Hussein Obama swearing that he is a "natural born Citizen" and therefore eligible to serve as President and Commander-in-Chief. Obama claims a British-citizen father, and members of the Kenyan Parliament have stated on the record that Obama II was born in their country.

(Nov. 30, 2011) — I have faxed the New Hampshire Secretary of State a letter challenging them that Obama’s sworn statement in the ‘declaration’ paper to New Hampshire (that he is a natural born Citizen) needs to be validated prior to placing his name on the ballot.

I have also sent an email to all on the media list to demand that they challenge the New Hampshire Secretary of State to do his duties to validate Obama’s sworn statement that he is a natural born Citizen prior to placing his name on the ballot!

November 30, 2011

Dear Secretary of State Gardner,

On his ‘Declaration of Candidacy’ submitted to New Hampshire on Oct 20, 2011, Barack Obama swears that he is a ‘natural born Citizen’.

That is contrary to Resolution 511 passed in April 2008, when, among other senators, then-senator Barack Obama himself resolved that John McCain is a natural born Citizen because McCain was born to two USA citizen parentS.

Obama has admitted that he was born to a British-citizen father. Unlike McCain, Obama was born to one USA citizen parent only. How, then, can he declare himself a ‘natural born Citizen’?

Is Obama subject to a different set of rules? Is the New Hampshire election office changing election rules/laws/constitution to suit Obama’s needs, even rules Obama himself has established?

There are mountains of evidence that Obama has not proven with genuine conclusive documentation his country of birth.

You, the Secretary of State of New Hampshire and all your election officers/commission, must see that Obama, with:

1. country of birth in doubt
2. born to a foreign father and a USA mother who failed to meet the age and residency requirement to confer US citizenship to Obama Jr.

is NOT a natural born citizen (nbc) and is not constitutionally eligible to be the president of USA!

You placed his name on the ballot solely based on his ‘declaration’ that he is a natural born Citizen for the 2008 and 2012 elections. In 2008, you may be excused because no one challenged Obama’s nbc status. However, for 2012, people are filing challenges with your office on Obama’s nbc status with all of the evidence accumulated, yet you flatly refuse to investigate and remove his name from the ballot until he has proven beyond a doubt that his sworn statement in the ‘Declaration’ is valid (that his ‘natural born Citizen’ status is a fact!).

Does that mean if I (FEC-registered), a naturalized US citizen, or even a foreign citizen, submit a ‘declaration’ swearing that I am a natural born Citizen (and over 35 years old and have resided in the USA for 14 years or more, and paid the $1000 fee) my name will be placed on the New Hampshire ballot? You will not require any proof from me to support my country of birth and my parents’ citizenship at the time of my birth? Not even when people challenge my natural born Citizen status?

You must allow a re-hearing and observe all the rules. The people will not tolerate obstruction of justice!

Very truly yours,

In response to the question posed above by the author, the New Hampshire Secretary of State’s office has disqualified presidential candidates born in a foreign country in the recent past.  Some legal scholars and Obama himself have affirmed that Obama was born with dual citizenship.

The hospital which Obama claims as his place of birth has declined to confirm Obama’s statement, and no other hospital in Hawaii has claimed that Obama was born there.  Members of the Kenyan Parliament claim Obama II was born in their country.

Even if Obama were born somewhere in the U.S., is that enough to qualify him as a “natural born Citizen?”  Can a child born on U.S. soil to two illegal immigrant parents grow up to be President?

John Jay, who became the first U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice, wrote in a letter to George Washington before the ratification of the Bill of Rights and U.S. Constitution:

New York 25 July 1787

Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise & seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expresly that the Command in chief of the american army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.

One legal scholar has called the “natural born Citizen” clause of the U.S. Constitution “pernicious,” claiming that the Founders’ purported fear of foreign influence in the presidency was “baseless.”
