(Nov. 5, 2011) — IT IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE that everyone who takes the Oath to uphold and defend the Constitution also swears, indirectly, considering the Preamble (i.e., the Declaration), Articles, and Amendments to the Constitution, to not follow unlawful or immoral orders or orders given by unlawfully-acting elected representatives of the government.
IT IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE in all of Congress, the Judiciary, and SCOTUS that the meaning of “natural born Citizen” in Article II is that both parents had to be U.S. citizens at the time a candidate for President and Vice President was born (no matter where in the world they were born).
IT IS ALSO COMMON KNOWLEDGE that Soetoro/Obama does not meet that Constitutional qualification, and is therefore an unlawfully-acting representative of our government.
(NOTE: Anyone smarter than a 5th-grader would know that Obama does not meet Constitutional qualifications, and it takes 12 grades of education to be accepted in the Military)
In J.B. Williams’s recent moving article “Will Those Who Took an Oath Save Our Republic?” he enumerates the oaths of office of enlistment or commission for the Military, Congress, Justices and Judges, Federal employment, and Law Enforcement – 21 million+ souls in all – sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution in its entirety.
The ENLISTED OATH
While it is often noted that the enlisted oath specifies that “I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me”, what is often overlooked is that the first and most defining words of that enlisted oath are “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”
- If the enlisted service member knows that the Constitution is not being upheld, and an Article II non-natural born Citizen has usurped the Office of President and Commander-in-Chief, and therefore cannot issue anything other than unlawful orders;
- … and if all orders issued by any officer above her/him originate from the authority vested in the Office of the President & CINC;
- … then it follows that all officers cannot issue anything but unlawful orders – until the lawfulness of the Commander in Chief can be established or corrected!
CONCLUSION:
It is the sworn duty of every member of the U.S. armed forces (officers and enlisted alike) to uphold and defend the Constitution … FIRST. And refusing to follow unlawful orders would be their first and foremost obligation under that oath and their terms of service.
Let the refusals begin!
IGNORING HONOR
Last year, Glenn Beck hosted a gathering of over a million people in Washington, D.C., called “Restoring Honor,” all the while ‘IGNORING the HONOR’ of LTC Terry Lakin*, who was facing a Court Martial for RESTORING HONOR to the oath of the Military to uphold and defend the Constitution, and to not obey unlawful orders.
*Also ignoring the honor of LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick, now languishing in a Monroe County, TN ‘dungeon’ – for upholding the lifetime honor of his oath – to report treason when witnessed by two or more persons, and to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States.
(NOTE: Anyone not brain-dead or dishonorable, officer and enlisted alike, who thinks that the child-like forgery of a Birth Certificate which Mr. Soetoro/Obama placed on the White House website to try to prove that he is able to issue anything other than unlawful orders, is dishonoring his oath!)

On 11.11.11, there will be a NATIONWIDE Call-to-Action for everyone who has ever taken the ‘Oath’ as well as any and all citizens who have just had the privilege and honor of living under that Constitution, and who still desire freedom and liberty…to stand up in peaceful protest, and carry the demands to right the wrongs against our nation – in preservation of freedom, liberty, justice and the rule of law.

This Declaration has been broadly published for public support, and delivered to every member of the 112th Congress. Among many of its demands, it calls for the immediate and unconditional orderly resignation of Barack Hussein Obama, II and Joseph R. Biden – together with the entire Obama Cabinet, including but not limited to:
- The White House staff and all the unelected Czars;
- Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton;
- Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner;
- Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta;
- A/G Eric H. Holder, Jr.; Homeland Security Sec’y Janet Napolitano;
- SCOTUS Justices Kagan and Sotomayor;
- House members Boehner and Pelosi;
- Senate members Reid and McConnell;
…for treasonous acts against the people, the states and the U.S. Constitution.
It also calls for (partial list):
- … Congress declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability (of ineligibility) be removed, or a President shall be elected.
- That every verifiable member of The Communist Party USA, The Socialist Party USA and The Democratic Socialists of America be immediately publicly identified and removed from office for overtly acting against freedom, liberty and the Constitutional Republic.
- That in the event that these individuals refuse to immediately resign in an orderly fashion designed to serve the best interests of the United States, we demand that the 66 members of the people’s House who voted against the recent raising of the nation’s debt ceiling, to immediately begin impeachment proceedings against every member of the Obama administration.
- That the seven remaining members of the U.S. Supreme Court place an immediate stay on all Executive and Legislative actions taken under the term of the unconstitutional administration beginning January 20, 2009.
- That remaining members of the House and Senate immediately act to name new majority and minority leaders of Congress, and work with the U.S. Supreme Court in the assigning of new temporary Executive Branch members, acting on behalf of the people and the will of the American majority until such time that the citizens of the United States can elect their new representatives in 2012.
- The immediate and unconditional dissolution of all special interest congressional caucuses, including but not limited to The Progressive Caucus, The Black Caucus. In addition, the immediate closure of any and all congressional committees which have been given unconstitutional powers, including the Debt Committee of twelve just formed. Individuals are elected by the people to represent ALL of the people, not special interest groups.
- That each state government immediately act to enforce its 10th Amendment right to protect and defend the people of their state against a tyrannical central power in Washington D.C., by recalling all State Guard troops home to protect the sovereignty and security of their respective citizens, as well as state resources and governments.
- That each state government act immediately to cut itself off from federal funding, and take the necessary actions to balance their own state and local budgets immediately.
This 11.11.11 Nationwide Call-to-Action is not a ‘Last Hurrah’, but the initial Shot to be heard around the World in our effort to restore our Constitution peacefully.
You should print out the DECLARATION TO RESTORE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC, bind it in a booklet for posterity, read and reread it to yourself and your family, and discuss it with your friends and neighbors, as you form your own action plan.
And to remind you of the urgency of this matter, I will leave you with a few of the more treasonous acts by this administration found in APPENDIX “A” of the DECLARATION (61 in all):
1. Obama is a National Security threat since he definitely has questionable allegiance to the United States, not to mention his refusal to complete and release full, frank and truthful answers as to who he is. Obama has demonstrated a blatant disregard for the public safety and security.
4. Obama has destroyed accepted administrative process by creating 32 Czars who only report to him, bypassing the Congress and Cabinet.
16. Obama dhimmitude given Ramadan and Iftar dinners in the White House, while he cancels the National Day of Prayer without one word of objection from the Congress.
20. ObamaCare ruled unconstitutional and ordered stopped by the Federal Court… it was implemented regardless of the Federal Court.
23. $770 million of taxpayer funds given to Egypt and Cyprus for the restoration of mosques through USAID.
39. Obama and his environmentalist henchmen are prohibiting US industries from taking advantage of our own natural resources including coal, oil, uranium and timber.
50. Historic and unprecedented move by Obama’s cabal to indoctrinate our children in socialist, humanist garbage, sent a video to all schools, and naturally this scheme was promoted by the NEA, with the children taking a pledge, “…to be a servant to our president and to all mankind,” and then they chant over and over “Together we can.” He is asking our children to choose him and his agenda over anything you might teach at home.
57. Obama’s cabal cancelled 77 oil field development contracts already certified as proper by the Bush administration. This deliberate affront by Obama’s Interior Secretary prevents the extraction of 3 trillion gallons of oil in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and North Dakota, which is more than enough to end our dependence on foreign oil.
If that’s not enough to convince you to stand up and take action to restore our Constitution, then I will leave you with the words of one of our founding fathers, Samuel Adams, when he said:
“If ye love wealth better than liberty,
the tranquility of servitude
better than the animating contest of freedom,
go home from us in peace.
We ask not your counsels or your arms.
Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you.
May your chains set lightly upon you,
and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.”
