IF SO, WHY?

by Tom Arnold

Rep. John Boehner has stated that if Hawaii says Obama was born there, "it's good enough" for him. However, much evidence shows that that is not true. What does he have to say now?

(Apr. 3, 2011) — The following email was sent to Speaker of the House Rep. John Boehner (R-OH):

From: Tom Arnold
Subject: John Boehner- ARE YOU AND THE GOP REALLY GOING TO LET BARACK OBAMA RUN FOR A SECOND TERM WITHOUT CHALLENGING HIS STATUS AS A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN AS REQUIRED BY OUR CONSTITUTION?
To: SpeakerBoehner@mail.house.com
Cc: info@gop.com
Date: Saturday, April 2, 2011, 5:31 PM

If you do, you will potentially be committing misprision of treason.  You do know, don’t you, that the preponderance of evidence available today (not the hearsay from Hawaii and the so-called “birth certificate” posted online which is not a genuine long-form birth certificate at all and which document experts have concluded is a forgery) indicates that Obama was born outside the United States-in Kenya.  An American citizen, Lucas Smith, provided every member of Congress with proof of Obama’s birth in Kenya birth in Kenya (including an actual birth certificate with physicians’ signatures from the hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, where, it certainly appears, Obama really was born).

Lucas Smith has said that he will testify before Congress as to the veracity of this evidence.  Why, then, John Boehner and the Republication Party, have you, to date, disregarded this evidence?  Do you think that a foreign-born individual should be permitted to be President of the United States?  Our Founding Fathers didn’t think so, and they put it in writing (Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the Constitution).  And, if Obama was not born in Hawaii, then he, Obama, is not better than a liar, a criminal and, in fact, a treasoner.  It’s that serious!  Why, then, do you refuse to investigate it?  Why do you suppose Obama is fighting lawsuits around the country filed by American citizens including military personnel to keep from having to share with the people his vital records and background?  Are you, John Boehner and the GOP, really going to let Obama run for a second term as President on his word and without vetting him and demanding to see his credentials like what is expected, and required by law, of everyone else?  Or, John Boehner and the GOP, are you part of the conspiracy, too!  The conspiracy to defraud the American people!  You can refuse to read and refuse to respond to these remarks of mine and others like myself, but some day, I promise you, John Boehner and the GOP, you are going to be held accountable!  Just maybe in a court of law.

I know that both the Bushes and Obama as well as the Clintons, Republicans and Democrats alike, are advocating “New World Order.” The world is a BIG Pie. Have they all been promised a slice?

Why in the text associated with this “painting” are you “supportive” of a book of pedophile “strategies”?

You Fatally Undermined Dr Orly’s & Pamela Barnetts case in front of Judge Carter with more “scurrilus” treatment of her – that time in writing in the form of a despicable DECLARATION once again “laden” with material of a “dubious” nature that you filed with the court and posted on the internet for the world to see!

Now this “painting”. WHY? WHY? WHY? LEAVE DR ORLY TAITZ ALONE!!!

I hope the “document” on which so many of us once pinned all our hopes is in safe keeping because I no longer trust you to take good care of it!!!

Lucas,

I am not offended by anything you have said in response to my comments. I am however, concerned that you did not answer my question – did you have Orly’s permission to make a public spectacle of her?

If not, I think you owe her an apology and a cancellation of your auction.

There have been many questions about your apparent refusal to provide documentation of your trip to Mombasa during which you claim to have acquired the Kenyan BC. Do you care to comment on that?

I’m not the first guy to paint a portrait of a naked lady and I’m certainly not the most famous guy that has painted a portrait of a naked lady throughout history. So what have I done that is so wrong?

I live in capitalist United States of America, not the former communist Soviet Union. I don’t need anyone’s permission to paint a semi-nude picture of them or to sell the said painting. Furthermore, the painting ‘Orly Taitz and her Exhibits’ is venerating in that it was painted in honor of Orly Taitz. I painted this work of art in an exalting fashion and in a conservative manner.

And please tell me what is wrong with an artist elaborating on their opinions, background, convictions, insight and thoughts when describing a work or art? What do you think art is about? Do you think it to be some cold and void of emotion physical act of placing oil or acrylic on a canvas as a machine would do when printing out a picture?

Orly Taitz should be honored that I painted this work of art in her image.

I’m proud to be an American and I am proud to freely voice my opinions, expressions and first amendment rights. I live in a great country where I can express myself without having to worry about the dictator tossing me into a jail cell for making a funny joke about him or addressing a serious grievance in public.

If you don’t like these rights that I enjoy as a proud American then suggest you register as a Democrat before you vote in the next cycle of federal office elections.

I rest my case. Lucas Daniel Smith

Postscript: I have no problems with Orly Taitz and I implore her to continue with her patriotic cause. If I were her I would be very pleased with the painting. She is a very beautiful woman.

Lucas, I hope your painting draws more attention to the two “exhibits” Orly is holding up in your painting. I took that to be your message, and choosing Orly Taitz as the messenger seems quite appropriate. I doubt that Orly takes offense, and I don’t understand why some commenters here are offended by this work of political art. I wouldn’t be surprised if Orly is the winning bidder. The piece may someday have considerable historical value, something many museums would like to have.

America no longer has a US Senate and house of representatives. They are all enemies of the people in their private senate and HOUSE OF CRIMINALS. It appears the conspiring to cover for each party started with 9/11 and neither can expose the other without getting themselves exposed for their own massive crimes. The only way to stop this would be to ELIMINATE republicans and democrats with a new party—and the peoples takeover of the media,etc.etc.etc.etc.etc. Everyone in the HOUSE OF CRIMINALS will be prosecuted for treason.!

Sunday, April 3, 2011 2:47 PM

I just heard South Carolina’s Governor Nikki Haley tell Mike Gallagher that the Obama birth certificate question is “just a distraction.” I guess the Constitution is “just a distraction” also!

Most elected Republican representatives in both state and federal offices are genuine traitors who support the Obama scam . . . you can be sure of this. Judge them by their words and lack of action.

After Democrats demanded and got McCain’s long form birth certificate, the fangless Republicans in the US Congress just slithered away from the Obama birth certificate issue and hid from the Democrats in their holes. The only solution to the serpentine problem is to run all the RINO Snakes out of office in 2012. That definitely includes Boehner—the King Cobra with no teeth who rules the nest of RINO vipers in the House.

Perhaps donations to our elected officials should be withheld until they at least explain their silence on the matter and their refusal to respond to the questions of their constituents. I have made this explanation to Rep. Bachmann, whom I otherwise support across the board. But if we must hold them hostage on donations until they explain themselves, perhaps it may wake them up.

of course the RNC/GOP has conspired to create the nbc constitutional crisis. Why else was Bin Laden not tracked down by Bush II immediately after 911? Why else did not one GOP congress-person object to the 2008 electoral college outcome? etc. etc.

The restored us constitutional republic must include a new “natural born citizen rights act” similar to the civil rights act with the “covered” states and municipalities being any that joined the conspiracy to destroy the federal (and state) constitutional republic eligibility rules related to natural born citizen supremacy.

This will teach the domestic and international progressives not to mess with mother nature (natural born citizen eligibility election law related rules)

I keep thinking more and more that our current dilemma is the most contemporary
expression of true evil that our christian bible attempts to warn mankind about. That is,
it has always been the desire of a few to rule and inslave the masses. Those who have
no god see themselves as a god and are easily assimilated by that evil.

It has always been my understanding of the message of Jesus, that it is better to lead a
simple life than to give in to the temptations and lusts of this world, and lose your soul.
I think in this context, the phrase “live and let live” takes on a more profound meaning.

“The Great American Experiment” is failing; man is proving himself to easily corrupted
to serve the people and God, rather than himself.

There is a distinct possibility that Republicans have been placing ineligible candidates in the White House more often than the Democrats. We need to find out the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, PLEASE help us, GOD.

http://web.mac.com/donnicoloff/directlightproductions.com/Articles/Articles.html

If any of this is true, then for certain America has been under attack for a VERY long time. The information regarding Eisenhower’s B/C is unbelievable. However, given what is going on today, it becomes too believable.
Hope someone can research the information, and fill all of us in on it’s authenticity. The articles at the site have been being published in a newspaper. You would think if there were lies or slander, there would be TONS of lawsuits………just sayin’.

2 proposals in Congress would let foreign-born become president / Constitutional amendments unlikely to pass
August 12, 2003
By Edward Epstein, Chronicle Washington Bureau

2003-08-12 04:00:00 PST Washington — Austrian-born Arnold Schwarzenegger is still a long way from being elected California’s governor, but proposed constitutional amendments that would allow foreign-born citizens such as the action movie star to become president will be debated in Congress this autumn.

One of the proposals, by Schwarzenegger political friend Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, would allow anyone who has been a U.S. citizen for 20 years and has resided in the country for 14 years to be elected president. Hatch denies that he proposed the amendment on July 10 with Schwarzenegger in mind, but it turns out that the 56-year-old actor-businessman was naturalized in 1983.

The other proposal, by a bipartisan group in the House whose ranks include conservative Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Vista (San Diego County) — who spent more than $1.5 million to put the recall election on the Oct. 7 ballot — would allow anyone who has been a naturalized citizen for 35 years to be eligible to become president. The House legislation, whose co-sponsors include liberal Rep.

(snip)

“I believe the time has now come to address the antiquated provision of the Constitution that requires our president to be a natural-born citizen,” Hatch said.

(snip)

[Barney] Frank said Monday that he first proposed his version of the amendment two years ago, after an immigrant constituent approached him. “He said it was unfair, and I agreed. I always thought it was anomalous,” Frank said.
http://articles.sfgate.com/2003-08-12/news/17502404_1_foreign-born-citizens-natural-born-citizen-san-diego-county

Reading that news article, it’s apparent that at least some, if not all, members of Congress find the requirement of natural born citizenship to be out of date and would like to do away with it. I’m now thinking that since they couldn’t get rid of the requirement by amendment, they’ve simply chosen to blow it off, ignore it.

There are many more articles, reports and editorials about the push by Congress to allowed naturalized citizens run for POTUS. Entering “equal opportunity to govern amendment,” “Vic Snyder constitutional amendment,” or “orrin hatch arnold bill” into Bing or another search engine will render pages of links to them.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Orrin Hatch’s “Arnold bill” was introduced July 10, 2003 and the hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee took place Oct 5, 2004. On the right side of page lined below are links to the Witness Testimony and Member Statements. I gave each a very quick read (not much more than a scan) and was disgusted disappointed to learn that at that time, only seven to eight years ago, “natural born citizen” had already been diluted, at least in the minds of those four Senators /Reps and three “experts”, including one from the right-leaning Heritage Foundation, to mean “a person born in the US” or “a person born outside the US to two US citizen parents.”
http://judiciary.senate.gov/hearings/hearing.cfm?id=1326
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Honestly, the more that I read/learn of the “Arnold bill” and its almost-identical, “bi-partisan” twin, the more I think that Congress isn’t so much allowing Barky in particular this usurpation as they are ignoring an article of the Constitution that they find “antiquated” and don’t like. Or, in other words, it just so happens that Barky’s the first ineligible to live in the White House during our lifetime, and especially since their 2003-2004 push to amend the Constitution to render naturalized citizen residents of 20 years eligible, and they’d be just as silent and dismissive (or ridiculing if pushed into a corner) for any other ineligible posing as POTUS. (This makes even more sense when considering the ineligibles nominated to campaign for the Republican candidacy. Dang! I wish I could find that list again.)

Is below the list you were looking for?

John C. Fremont was the newly-formed Republican Party’s first Presidential nominee. He was born in the United States. His father was a French emigre who, as best as can be determined, never became a U.S. citizen.

Chester Arthur — America’s first post-1787-born president whose parents were not both U.S. citizens — was a Republican.

Charles Evans Hughes was the Republican presidential nominee in 1916. He lost to incumbent President Woodrow Wilson, a Democrat. Hughes’ father was a British subject.

George Romney ran for the Republican party nomination in 1968. He was born in Mexico to US citizen parents.

Barry Goldwater was born to US citizen parents (in 1909) in Phoenix, when Arizona was still territory, not yet a state.

Lowell Weicker entered the race for the Republican Party nomination of 1980 but dropped out before voting in the primaries began. He was born in Paris, France.

John McCain was born in Panama to US citizen parents.

Bobby Jindal was born in the United States, but at the time of his birth, his parents were foreign nationals, not U.S. citizens.

Marco Rubio was born in the United States, but the naturalization/citizenship status of his parents at the time of his birth is uncertain.

Andy Martin was born in the United States, but the naturalization/citizenship status of his father, Ralph Martin-Trigona, remains uncertain.

Dear Tom Arnold,

Your letter is well crafted and effective. Thank you for taking the time to write and the send the letter to House Rep. John Boehner (R-OH).

I, Lucas Daniel Smith, am auctioning off a 21 5/8″ x 29″ x 5/8″ painting that I have entitled “Orly Taitz and her Exhibits”.

7.5 % of the total net profit from this auction will be donated to attorney Orly Taitz. She is welcome to use the money in a manner that she deems appropriate and responsible (e.g., cover costly expenditures such a litigation costs, court fines, work related travel and other bills).

Another 7.5 %, equal to the 7.5 % that will be donated to Orly Taitz, of the total net profit from this auction, will be donated to Lieutenant Colonel Terry Lakin or designee that is authorized to accept donations on his behalf.

The rest the net profit will be applied to (1) my delinquent property tax in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, (2) creation of a ‘blog’ addition on my website http://www.WasObamaBornInKenya.com, (3) travel expenditures, (4) research expenditures.

When the ebay page opened to reveal the image, I can definitely say that I was stunned. Not wanting to jump to conclusions or make any quick judgment, I clicked the scribd link thinking it may contain an explanation of the painting (why it is what it is). Instead, I found eight or ten or so pages of personal and biographic ramblings, like something written by a crack- or tweak-head or a person with bi-polar disorder at the peak of a manic phase.

I thought it to be a highly unique and well-crafted work. If you don’t “get” the affadavit, you obviously don’t understand what art is about today (I have acted in some “art” films out here in SFV)- it is all about the story, the gistm of the artist’s thought process.

If not, I am very uncomfortable with your painting and the auction you have announced. In fact, if that is the case, I think it would be advisable to cancel your auction and tender an apology to Dr. Taitz.

I am also very uncomfortable with some things you discussed in your letter which do not seem to be related to the eligibility issue about which we are most concerned.

Many of us would like to believe that you managed to do what nobody else has been able to do – locate the authentic birth certificate for Barack Obama. However, I am afraid that the material you have published has seriously damaged your credibility.

You might give some thought to how you would react if you were in Orly’s place in this situation, as well as how a person reading your autobiographical letter should interpret some of the things you wrote which seem strangely out of place in such a context.

Perhaps you could enlighten us before we are forced to conclude that you have personal issues that preclude you from participating in a legitimate and serious effort to resolve the Constitutional crisis arising from Barack Obama’s apparent lack of eligibility to serve in the office of president.

Even if his document is authentic, what official is Kenya is going to take a bullet for the US in authenticating it. As the CPGH has never authenticated his document, all Smith has are his words and if Smith ever takes the stand… all his “words” are going to be highly scrutinized by Obama’s attorneys.

I request this in all seriousness and with all due respect… Does anyone know a psychologist that could take these two links and be willing to provide a professional analysis of Smith’s painting and writings in the CAP?

I would really be interested in Orly’s response to the painting and Smith’s CAP statements.

Great Letter. I also have just about come to the conclusion that the house and senate republicans like Obama in the White House. It helps secure their jobs. Look at what happened in Bush’s last two elections in 06 and 08 and then look what happened this last Nov. Many Democrats lost their seats. I too am beginning to believe the GOP is a part of the cover-up for self gain. They really don’t care this fraud is destroying the country,
