(Jun. 23, 2026) — The Vaccine Safety Research Foundation (VSRF) founded by entrepreneur Steve Kirsch will host Dan Hartman of Ontario, Canada Tuesday evening to speak about the sudden death of his 17-year-old son Sean after his hockey league required him to receive a COVID-19 “vaccine” in order to play.
VSRF airs every Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. ET/4:00 p.m. PT.
Hartman will be joined by Canadian journalist and broadcaster Jason Lavigne and independent filmmaker Dean Rainey, who produced and directed, respectively, a documentary about Sean’s death to be premiered in Canada on Saturday.
“The Shot,” which can be previewed here, opens with real-life clips of professional athletes collapsing while engaged in their respective sports after COVID “vaccines” were widely distributed and mandated by many organizations.
The trailer is narrated by Dr. Peter A. McCullough, a major medical dissenter to the hasty vaccine rollout who by January 2021 opined the injections should be removed from circulation due to what he saw as a high incidence of adverse events occurring post-injection.
Hartman has since sued Pfizer, which McCullough opined should be “held liable” for Sean’s death.
The documentary can be streamed online or purchased in DVD or USB format, each for a fee.
In the United States, recent revelations by now-former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard indicate a “cover-up” by the nation’s entrusted health officials, and specifically former NIAID Director Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, regarding the origin of the COVID-19 virus.
In late April Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) announced the results of his own multi-year investigation which yielded 11 million pages of data which he said demonstrate that the shots’ clear safety signals were ignored and the public denied informed consent.
In an op-ed decrying the “legacy media” for declining to report his findings, Johnson wrote, in part:
“…We will never know the full extent of the harms (or the benefits) of the COVID-19 injections. But we do know that federal health officials were aware that serious harm was being done within months of them granting Emergency Use Authorization. We also know that those same officials turned a blind eye toward the safety signals that were screaming at them, but they refused to warn the public. The public pays federal health officials to evaluate drugs for safety and efficacy, and we have the right to be informed.
“How many deaths and injuries could have been avoided had federal health officials simply done the job we paid them to do?”
React19.org and other groups have provided a resource and means of emotional and other support to those sustaining injuries after vaccination.
Johnson has gone a step farther and asked the Trump Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to assign COVID-19 vaccine injury an “ICD” code so as to apply for reimbursement for injuries and loss of income, among other forms of suffering.
On his X account Hartman has posted a myriad of personal moments with his son, including a Fathers’ Day card he received at some point during Sean’s childhood. In response, fellow Canadian Kayla Pollock, who was paralyzed from the chest down after receiving a Moderna booster shot in 2022, acknowledged Hartman’s pain.
