“What if I cried ‘uncle’ to give me time to rearm?”
“What if you said you wanted a ceasefire to think about stuff?”
“That’ll work.”
“Then we are in agreement?”
“Yes, I do believe we are in agreement.”
“It’s nice to be in agreement.”
And that’s how wars are fought in the year 2026. Yes, it’s not over, but, really, now.
