(Feb. 2, 2026) — Former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino announced Monday at approximately 10:40 a.m. EST he will be hosting President Trump during the latter part of the second hour of his broadcast, which was relaunched at 10:00 a.m.

Bongino served in that post for approximately 10.5 months and was given a tearful farewell on his then-final March 14, 2025 show.

In some of his opening comments, he explained, from his standpoint at the FBI, why he and Director Kash Patel took the actions they did to reduce crime across the country after what he said was a “politicized” bureau.

He also aimed sharp criticism at his and the administration’s detractors, the political left and particularly at the mainstream media for claiming America was “less safe” as the agency pursued its aggressive goals at President Trump’s direction.

Bongino, who lives in Florida, appeared highly energized and suntanned despite the severe winter weather over the last two weeks in the eastern half of the country, including the Southeast.
