Mr. President, a US Army surgeon and lieutenant colonel, Dr. Terrance Lee Lakin, once requested of his chain of command to authenticate his orders as legitimate and legal to redeploy to a combat theater of operations and was soon after court-martialed for failing to show up for his unit’s deployment after he received no confirmation.
Dr. Lakin was sentenced to Ft. Leavenworth military prison. He was dishonorably discharged from service when he was very close to a lifetime of benefits.
He was stripped of his rank. His good name has been sullied because he inquired of his chain of command whether Obama was a legal and legitimate commander-in-chief.
At Dr. Lakin’s court-martial, his defense team was NOT permitted to enter into evidence the cut-and-paste forgery of a birth certificate that Obama had published ON THE OFFICIAL WHITE HOUSE WEBSITE!
I was at the preliminary release of the findings of Sheriff Joe’s investigation into Obama after which you wrote him a congratulatory note.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s volunteer Cold Case Posse investigation led by Mike Zullo discovered that elements from an authentic Hawaiian birth certificate were copied onto the Obama birth certificate image.
The law firm of Perkins Coie, who is up to its neck in the phony so-called “Russian Dossier,” aka ‘Steele Dossier,’ also defended Obama’s forged multi-layered electronic file.
I don’t believe in coincidences.
Is Obama’s forgery still on the White House website?
Adobe has only recently developed software that CAN DETECT PHOTOSHOP IN AN IMAGE!
Mara Zebest started with Adobe when the company had a total of eleven employees. She has authored numerous books on the analysis of electronic files and printed documents with Adobe and was able to determine Obama’s so-called birth certificate published on the official White House website is an amateurishly manufactured cut-and-paste forgery in mere seconds.

PLEASE GIVE DR. LAKIN A PRESIDENTIAL PARDON AND RESTORE HIS GOOD NAME WITH BACK PAY INCLUDING APPROPRIATE PROMOTIONS.
Lt. Col. Lakin conducted himself congruent with the officer’s oath he took to defend the Constitution.
To the best of my knowledge the Article II natural born Citizen clause is still in the Constitution.

I would like to know how an “Open letter to the President ” reaches his desk. This is one of the most egregious miscarriage of justice anyone can remember.that demands a Presidential pardon.
Hopefully after Obama/Soetoro is prosecuted the Dr. will receive his Pardon and full back pay.

Thank you for posting your timely and very relevant article given the latest hypocritical Democratic Party members talking point, in your reminding the world about (former Lt. Col.) Dr. Terry Lakin and his heroic efforts to stand up for his Officer’s Oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC (Barack Hussein Obama, whoever he really is), and his questioning the legality of the orders being issued by Obama, the major media protected, unconstitutional and illegal Usurper-in-Chief, to deploy 30,000 more U.S. soldiers overseas to a war zone.
The now very obviously hypocritical Democratic Party, and everyone else in power in Washington DC for that matter, knew all about Obama’s forged identity documents and chose to do nothing about it except screw over and punish those who tried to expose those facts more, such as Dr. Terry Lakin. And the country and We the People have paid the price for what the powers to be in DC did and didn’t do, ever since. They knew because of the full page advertorials I ran in the Washington Times National Weekly Edition for years from the spring of 2009 until 2013. Those in power in DC knew about the fraud of Obama back then and they know it now, and yet they still do nothing about it. Obama is still being protected by the major, main-stream media and the silence of the powers to be in DC. Will that ever change? Only time will tell.
And yes indeed, Dr. Terry Lakin deserves a full pardon, and reinstatement of his back pay and lost benefits for his almost two decades of military service, for his heroic stance in trying to live up to his Officer’s Oath.
