In advance of his 2016 run for president, Ted Cruz released his Canadian birth certificate
In advance of his 2016 run for President of the United States, Sen. Ted Cruz released his birth certificate showing he was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on December 22, 1970

(Nov. 19, 2025) — “Sundown” (3:33)

“We have the scoop on Ted Cruz’s ineligibility to be President. He was born in Canada BUT in order for him to become a legal candidate, Canada must become the 51st State, and the strongest proponent to make it happen is the president of the ‘Ted Cruz Fan Club.’

“And that’s my opening. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to ‘The Pulse of the Nation,’ the place to hear it here first. Our featured guest is Miss Nancy Turner, the president of the ‘Ted Cruz Fan Club.’ Welcome to ‘Pulse,’ the most popular information show in its time slot.”

“Thank you for asking me to be on your wonderful show. Longtime viewer.”

“Glad to have you. So, you’re the president of Cruz’s fan club. How many members are there?”

“As of today, like now, I’m the first member.”

“There’s no second?”

“We’re working on it.”

“I’m sure you are. So, you’re expecting more members, right? When?”

“Soon. The basic problem is that Ted isn’t eligible, although, unlike Barry Soetoro, aka Obama, Ted is willing to show his legal birth certificate. Plus, he’s unlikeable.”

“Unlikeable?”

“Trump calls him ‘Lyin Ted,’ so there’s that, and he’s really insufferable, a real ‘know-it-all.’ I don’t even like him.”

“But you’re the president of his fan club.”

“So? It doesn’t mean I have to like him, does it?”

“No, I guess not, although I think it would help.”

“Fiddlesticks.”

“Okay, thank you for your honesty; at least you have that going for you. We’ll take a short break.”

Honey Don’t” (2:57)

“And we’re back. Miss Turner had to leave so I’ll just soapbox for a bit. Over the years we’ve stressed that the weak link in our Republic has been our corrupt and incompetent judges. I guess you could also say ‘stupid’ to be a little more accurate.

“Seems there’s a stupid judge in Maine that is anti-Christian. Well, if that’s the case, how about sending her to North Korea or Afghanistan? I think it would be the ‘American’ thing to do, seriously.

“Meanwhile, more Christians were murdered in Africa last week, as if that’s news. I mean, what will it take before we wake up and figure out that the Muslims are here to kill us and not to ever behave like civilized human beings? It’ll never happen. They don’t think the way we do, and that’s all there is to it. They think raping and first-degree murder, aka honor killing,’ is just one of those normal day activities, nothing to get excited or be concerned about.

“Is Texas about to be taken over by Muslims? Are we all? Oh, sure, Trump welcomed the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia to the White House, but how many Muslims will come into the country along with that $1 Trillion investment?

“And that’ll do it. Thank you for watching: Goodnight.”

I Love How You Love Me” (2:06)

Could this information settle, once and for all, the controversy over the presidential eligibilities of McCain (deceased), Cruz, and all persons born overseas to USA citizen parents, including those born on military installations outside of the USA?

The following below extract from the following USA government website treats offspring of USA citizen parents as aliens in regards to naturalization.

https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/artI-S8-C4-1-1/ALDE_00013160/%5B'immigration'%5D

 ArtI.S8.C4.1.1 Overview of Naturalization Clause

Article I, Section 8, Clause 4:

[The Congress shall have Power . . . ] To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States; . . .

Article I, Section 8, Clause 4 of the Constitution provides Congress with the power . . . To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization . . .throughout the United States.(Footnote 1) The Supreme Court has described naturalization as the act of adopting a foreigner, and clothing him with the privileges of a native citizen. (Footnote 2) Pursuant to this authority, Congress may legislate terms and conditions by which a foreign-born national (alien) may become a U.S. citizen. (Footnote 3) Moreover, Congress’s power over naturalization is exclusive; states may not impose their own terms and conditions by which aliens may become U.S. citizens. (Footnote 4) Based on this broad power, Congress has enacted a series of laws governing the naturalization of aliens in the United States since the end of the eighteenth century. (Footnote 5) These naturalization laws have generally applied to three main categories of aliens: (1) those who have resided in the United States for certain periods of time and applied for naturalization; (2) those born abroad to U.S. citizen parents; and (3) those who derived citizenship after their parents naturalized in the United States.(Footnote 6)

Re: Cruz – Could President Reagan’s radical (this commenter’s opinion) legislation be the legal vehicle that transformed Rafael E. (Ted) Cruz from an alleged undocumented alien status to Ted’s naturalization as a USA citizen?

Post flight thought – Immigration is a complex issue, full of bureaucratic ups and downs. Yet, I always considered those persons born overseas to a minimum of one or even two USA citizen parents as statutory (according to positive law) citizens, not natural born Citizens, but only after their parents completed a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) documentation for access to USA soil.

Reply thoughts appreciated to gain more knowledge on immigration.

As we who have been following the “natural born Citizen” debate here at TP&E for years/decades, Ted Cruz is not constitutionally eligible to serve as President and Commander in Chief. He was born in Canada and was a citizen of Canada by birth until he renounced that Canadian citizenship several years ago. He may be a statutory law citizen of the United States under man-made Positive Laws passed by Congress, but he is not a “natural born Citizen of the United States” under Natural Law and the Laws of Nature.
