Dear Editor,
Why should Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese want to send our military boys and girls over to antagonize nuclear-armed Vladimir Putin?
Doesn’t Albanese understand that Putin has sworn allegiance to Communist Red China’s Xi Jinping, who has already sent its warships on a circuit of Australia, live-firing cannons not far from nearly every capital city of Australia?
So, Anthony, old son…as Australia’s Labor Prime Minister, you don’t seem to be very switched on! Because, Anthony, all dear old Vlad has to do is dial up his very best mate Xi, saying, “Mate! I know you’ve said young Anthony of Australia is a ‘handsome boy,’ but he’s pushed his chest right out and cheesed me right off by threatening to send soldiers to my enemy’s territory!
“Would you please send your warships right around Australia again, but going around the other way much closer to the shore this time, firing off twice as many cannons…pointing inland, please?!”
A bloke wonders how many grandmothers, mothers, and wives of Australia’s military-age young – Xi considered handsome or otherwise – boys will ponder on the Anthony, Vlad and Xi show when realising push more often than not comes to shove (and Vlad and Xi really are very big, not-so-handsome boys)!
