(Feb. 2, 2025) — Early Sunday morning, a former account-holder at the social-media platform “X,” formerly Twitter, was prompted by “Twitter support” to supply a reason substantiating his multiple appeals to reinstate his accounts, which were shuttered in late December without explanation.
Art historian, author, columnist and Romanov-family researcher Johannes Froebel-Parker responded to an email from X by again appealing the closing of his accounts and following his payments for both advertising of his new book and purchase of access to X CEO Elon Musk’s account.
The link X included in its second email to Froebel-Parker to its “Rules” leads to an error message; the actual “Rules” are here.
Since his last online appeal, Froebel-Parker sent a handwritten letter to Musk via certified mail at the company’s new headquarters in Bastrop, TX, the return receipt for which indicated “an authorized recipient was not available” to sign for it.

Nevertheless, on January 31, Froebel-Parker determined to again attempt to reach Musk. When we asked “if someone could go to the PO and get it there,” he replied, “Yes, they can. A receptionist could have signed for example, but I will check again today. Every thwarted attempt adds to the novel-like quality of the project, much like Anastasia! God is NOT intimidated by earthly setbacks so good to always ‘Put the Best Construction on All Things!’ a biblical axiom I use daily!…So will write again CERTIFIED and not ask for return signed receipt! :) Try, Try, Again!”
The online appeal process was seemingly resuscitated Sunday morning by the first of two emails X sent to Froebel-Parker under the caption, “Subject: Re: We have an update for you 0384571033 [ref:00DA0000000K0A8.500Vp00000IqbHO:ref]”.

Froebel-Parker replied with:
This account (s), @froebel and @449_518, are at times allowed to “like” posts and at times not. Recently, X allowed me to purchase a subscription to Elon Musk’s posts promising access to further content. How can that be if my account is “suspended?” After the suspension, X allowed me to apply for, pay and receive a blue check at the secondary account which was then promptly suspended also. This calls into question if there is a flaw in the system. The ongoing attempt at trying to reinstate or at least receive substantial rationale for said suspensions, is now the topic of various articles: https://www.thepostemail.com/2025/01/21/will-musk-take-action-against-x-censorship/

He also completed an appeal form:

Less than 15 minutes later, X responded:

Froebel-Parker responded once more:
Your system is NOT reading (by a human) anything being sent to you.
There are NO multiple or repeat violations at all, nor did X EVER mention at the alleged first instance, what said “violation” was. The X System is flawed and must be brought to the attention of Mr. Musk.

As goofy as it sounds, you should bundle up all of your paperwork and drive to the headquarters for X. Find a human to resolve it, and you might get somewhere. i would record it and make a big stink guaranteeing lots of negative publicity for X and Elon.
It reminds me of what I had to advocate for my parents when they were in the hospital. The “system”, the “institution” is designed to be unresponsive. You have to personally break through that.
Good point. Something so simple gets lost in the bureaucracy. When the weather breaks! Never been to Texas! :)
When at first you don’t succeed, Try, Try, Again!
Have you considered a first amendment petition to your elected representatives to advocate on your behalf? Your Constitutional rights are being denied and these representatives signed an oath of office to protect your rights. This approach is advocated by ReclaimingtheRepublic.org and it may seem novel and your petition may be the first time they are confronted with this issue. If they don’t even try, this can be used against them in subsequent elections. The petition should be in writing and can be presented at public meetings.
Thanks for this enlightening information! Point well taken! Much obliged!
