(Jan. 11, 2025) — An author, art historian, educator and columnist whose “X” account was suspended last month despite a companion account having been verified is pressing forward in his attempt to have his account restored, as The Post & Email reported Wednesday.

Froebel Galleries owner, blogger and author Johannes Froebel-Parker has appealed multiple times to X “Support” in Case #0383457588 to no avail. On his most recent attempt just before 8:00 a.m. EST Saturday, he received a response to most recent his appeal under the caption, “We have an update for you 0383457588” as follows:

Hello,

We received your request to have your account reinstated. 

Please respond to this email with the reason you believe your account suspension was in error and/or the reason you are requesting an appeal.

Once we receive your response, we will review and provide a follow up response with the outcome of our review. If this request is for an account reinstatement under our new criteria, please allow 3-5 days for us to review and respond. In some instances, it may take us longer to get back to you.

Froebel-Parker responded:

Am appealing again as further personal review of post history reveals no violation either of @froebel or @449_518 which was not a new post suspension account, but rather an account since 2015 which had just received a blue check after suspension of @froebel. A payment went through then it too was suspended. However, approximately three hours later, X replied:

Regarding his “umpteenth” appeal, Froebel-Parker explained in a follow-up email to this writer, “…before all this happened I paid to promote a post about the book. It was something as little as 10 dollars a day for 5 days for a promised some thousands of views! It hit over 1.2 MILLION views and then, voila’ …the whole SUSPENSION business! So at least I got over a million views before they gave me the kabosh! God is good! (and HE knows why these things happen! :)”

Shortly thereafter, he added, “…they DID allow me to ‘LIKE’ and even to almost post without stopping me. I think this is happening WITHOUT Elon’s knowledge…”

X owner and entrepreneur Elon Musk has championed free speech since purchasing the platform in October 2022 and exposed coordination among then-Twitter employees, the FBI and other federal-government agencies. Along with Vivek Ramaswamy, Musk will be co-chairing President-Elect Donald J. Trump’s “Department of Government Efficiency,” or “DOGE,” following Trump’s inauguration on January 20.

On Saturday night, broadcaster Alex Jones headlined a special show headlined, “Elon Musk Declares The Woke Mind Virus DEAD!”

  1. Greetings fellow Americans who are under the constitutional right to freedom of speech
    Under a republican form of government you have elected representatives whose role is to protect your rights. That is where you take your complaint. Ask your representatives if they agree with full compliance with the constitution and if not, demand their resignation. What you are asking the county represrntatives to do is require constitutional compliance from the state representatives. The state government/legislature is responsible for monitoring corporate compliance with the constitution. They need to take up your complaint. Learn about the Oath of Office requirement and verify they are in compliance. ReclaimingtheRepublic.org
    Since the USA has been experiencing outright DEW attacks like Paradise CA, Maui and now The Palasades, our freedom of speech is so very important

  2. There may be several problems here.

    1. Elon doesn’t know about every one of these situations. The victim may have to publicize his situation extensively.
    2. He did hire this liberal woman to run the operations for X. There could be a coven of censors about which Elon is unaware. Bad hiring decision.
    3. The fact that he got cancelled after getting 1.2 million views I regard as highly suspicious.
    4. He may have to sue. Me? I sense restraint of trade.
