(Dec. 11, 2024) — Penny restrained Neely, a person everyone in the car (Black, White, Asian) agreed was an imminent threat to all their safety.
His restraint hold is not a “stranglehold.” If it was, Neely would have lost consciousness in six seconds with death following shortly thereafter. In point of fact, Neely continued to resist almost the duration of the episode – with a “Black” man helping Penny to restrain him!!
Penny did NOT act improperly nor restrain too long, and he did NOT uniquely cause Neely’s death. Autopsy reports indicated a list of ailments, some genetic, the rest self-inflicted, which at best made the subway altercation only a contributing factor. Because Neely was in fact the instigator, Penny’s and the two unnamed assistants’ role was entirely incidental.
Ideologically poisoned Leftists need to slough the BS “all white men bad, all black men victims” self-loathing drivel, engage both halves of their brain housing group and employ a little critical thinking. Watch all of the available video, read the transcripts and then ask yourself a question: if Penny had not stepped in and Neely had made good on his threats, would you want Penny charged with a hate crime for not defending the largely minority riders?
Rhetorical.
Penny’s actions were responsible, if not heroic, and characteristic of Marines (Black, White, Asian, Latino), while the NYC legal system was predictably politically motivated and cowardly. The jury was uncharacteristically responsible and accurate, returning Daniel Penny’s freedom and derision for the Politruk Judge – and Bragg, both of whom displayed racism by not also charging the two men (“black”) who helped restrain Neely.
It is time for the Left to abandon its reprehensible, uni-directional, systemic racism schtick and for the Right to stop placating them with meek non-responsiveness and flaccid retort.
The Left’s blanket accusations and calls for lynching are largely directed at men, who unlike themselves, are born with the courage to face down the Wolves, to protect the Sheep and the loud-mouthed Cowards who too often take perverse, self-righteous glee in leveling accusation, insult and threats.
There will never be peace and “unity” until the incessant calls for a de facto policy of segregation comes to a screeching halt!

Point of fact, the Left would rather sink the “Ship of State (USA)” rather than admit that Trump is right and Biden and the Hyena were wrong.
Inflation is directly tied to the price of a barrel of oil, and the first thing Biden did was stop the Keystone Pipeline, and the open border to allow terrorists to invade our country.
Point of fact, the Left’s sole existence is to destroy our Constitution, there are no two ways about it.
