Children Mimic Parents (RR)

(Nov. 7, 2024) — Professor Wert was one of the world’s most celebrated explorers and has contributed greatly to the most popular television information show in its time slot, “The Pulse of the Nation.” The onslaught of old age forced him to change his vocation to writing books for the little kiddies. This is one such attempt.

Picture a playground with a slide, couple of swings, merry-go-round, and a teetertotter. The weather is just a little chilly for the older folk but comfortable for the little kids who travel at breakneck speeds, get down on the ground and get back up as if on a whim, which it is, but only if you’re young. Old folks must plan getting down on the floor as if it were some kind of complicated and intricate military field operation. Why, just the other day I had to address a problem with the kitchen sink. First, I had to gather my tools that I anticipated on using and, just in case, some extras.

What you plan on using the duck-tape for? You’re just fixing the faucet, aren’t you? You never can tell. Better be safe than sorry. I’ll be needing a flashlight, so I better pack an extra battery. Carpet to lay down on and, most importantly, the step stool to aid in getting to the upright position. It’s the ‘mountain climber’ part of the operation. How long will the reconnaissancetake? Not sure but maybe give it a look and then break for lunch, something light, maybe half a sandwich or maybe a burger.

Taking my time eating lunch will give me the opportunity to review what I’ve learned. Do I need parts? No, no parts. Maybe I should consider a nap, to regroup, gather my strength for another go-around with the sink. I like that idea, no use going off in a big rush, now is there? The kitchen faucet has been a little off for a couple of months so it wouldn’t make any sense going headlong into something that I’m not familiar with, now is there? Come to think of it, maybe I’ll write something for the little ones so at least my whole day isn’t a complete waste.

If you’ll remember, we started off at the playground, which was empty but now it’s filled with screams and, well, lots of noise. I’ll share with you of what I’ve noticed: when Trump was the President 4 years ago all the kids got along and had fun playing but during the ‘Let’s Go Branden & The Hyena’ years there’s mostly yelling, screaming and fighting. But today things seem to have calmed down, not as it was 4 years ago, but better than it has been.

Just sayin’.

So maybe the Attorney General of New York, Letitia James, ought to face the music like a grownup and not whine and have a tantrum on television where all the little kids can see a big person act like a crybaby. Okay, Letitia James, you did wrong, you used your position to get Trump. Heck, that was your campaign slogan, ‘Get Trump.’. You did wrong so face the music, you and those 51 signituteres who got on board with Hilary’s fake ‘Russian Collusion’ hoax, and all the top dogs at the FBI, among others.

So, the little ones mimic us adults so maybe we better start acting like adults, shall we?

Trump won, fair and square, get used to it.
