I’ve Got a Unique Idea: Why Don’t We Enforce Law and Order and our Country’s Constitution?

(Oct. 15, 2024) — Treason is the only crime that is defined in the Constitution, specifically Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: 

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

In the same clause, the Framers set the standard for determining guilt as:

No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

There must be INTENT TO BETRAY THE UNITED STATES on the part of a person charged with any of the three “categories” considered to be Treason. 

The punishment for Treason is death or imprisonment for not less than five years and a fine of at least $10,000.  The convicted person is disqualified from ever holding “any office under the United States.”

From the Cornell Law School, Legal Information Institute (LII), U.S. Code § 2381 further defining Treason:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

This definition of treason by the U.S. Code and the preceding definition in the U.S. Constitution are for all practical purposes the same.  In this writer’s opinion, a case can be made rather easily for charging the following individuals (and others not mentioned) with treason:  Directors of the CIA including Gen. Michael V. Hayden, USAF, May 2006 to February 2009; Leon F. Panetta, February 2009 to June 2011; and John Brennan, March 2013 to January 2017. Nancy Pelosi; Hillary Clinton; FBI Director James Comey, September 2013 to May 2017; former President Barack Hussein Obama, January 2009 to January 2017; President Joe Biden; Gyorgy Scwartz, AKA George Soros, et al. 

I am not going to elaborate on all of the alleged acts of treason which, in my opinion, could be charged against these individuals.  You, the reader, might want to consider them.  Your conclusions may turn out to be different from mine.    

18 U.S. Code, § 2382, “Misprision of Treason”:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

Aren’t there 535 possible defendants in Congress (435 + 100) who could be charged with misprision of treason (co-conspirators in the ongoing cover-up of the election fraud and treason of Barack Hussein Obama)?

18 U.S. Code, Chapter 115 – Treason, Sedition, and Subversive Activities:  I’m not even going to look for the definition of “subversive activities!”  I think you and I both know what that means.  We can see it happening all around us.  As an example, weaponization of political parties, law enforcement agencies, and federal and state courts without due process are subversive activities, in a metaphorical and real sense, against perceived opponents (even assassination attempts have occurred).  Needless to say, we all are aware of former President Donald J. Trump, who once again is a popular candidate for the presidency and is being discredited and attacked nonstop and unmercifully by those who oppose him.   

18 U.S. Code, § 2384 – Seditious Conspiracy:  Co-conspirators jointly involved in treasonous activities.  Remember the 51 former and current Intel officials who jointly signed a letter containing misleading statements in an effort to defraud voters in support of Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election?  What about the fact that they (some of the same signatories as before and several hundred others) have done the same thing again this year in support of Donald Trump’s opponent, Kamala Harris (or is it Joe Biden who may have been the victim of a seditious subversive coup?).  

18 U.S. Code § 2385 – Advocating overthrow of Government: In a campaign appearance several days before the 2008 presidential election, constitutionally-ineligible and CIA-groomed candidate Barack Hussein Obama promised to “FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORM” our country (apparently regardless and without the consent of We, the People).  Today, 16 years later, it looks as if Obama meant what he said and is nearing fulfillment of it.  Does it look as if our government is being “overthrown?”  You bet it does.  

18 U.S. Code § 2387 – Activities affecting armed forces generally:  My only comment is:  CRT, DEI, LGBTQ+, and troop preparedness DO NOT GO WELL TOGETHER PHILOSOPHICALLY OR MILITARILY!  Did you, retired Army General and former Chairperson of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley, ever learn about and understand what “white rage” is?  You did say you wanted to know, didn’t you?  What effect do you suppose you and your activities had on the armed forces before you quit one year ago? 

That, friends and readers, is pretty much all I have to say.  Note that I am a military veteran and a retired law enforcement and criminal court officer.  I am a registered “unaffiliated” voter.  KAMALA HARRIS, TIM WALZ, AND THE LIKES OF YOU, HOWEVER, DO NOT IMPRESS ME!  YOU BOTH ARE INCOMPETENT AND MINDLESS FOLLOWERS OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER (A CONCEPT POPULARIZED IN NAZI GERMANY AND HERE IN THE UNITED STATES AFTER WWII).  YOU ARE LIARS.  YOU ARE CHEATS.  YOU UNDOUBTEDLY ARE AT RISK (AS IF YOU CARE) OF COMMITTING TREASON AND/OR SOME OF THE OTHER SIMILAR CRIMES MENTIONED ABOVE.  Don’t worry too much yet, though, because it looks as if our country’s once-great tradition of law and order and the preservation and protection of our Founding Fathers’ one-of-a-kind Constitution are being destroyed by people like you, or worse than you, if that is possible.  

Frankly, treason and related crimes today seem to be antiquated, non-woke concepts. If they still are “on the books,” no one would know it. No one cares anymore (from 2008-09 and continuing, courtesy of Barack Hussein Obama, the CIA, the Deep State, New World Order fanatics and others, mostly FROM WITHIN).  As former NFL coach Jim Mora might be heard now to say, “TREASON?!  WHAT TREASON?!”
