(Sep. 14, 2024) — On Saturday morning, the “X” account “Black Insurrectionist,” or “DocNetyoutube,” posted an update to his claim to have reviewed an affidavit from an ABC News “whistleblower” alleging the Kamala Harris campaign was provided a preview of the questions to be asked in the September 10 debate between Harris and her opponent in the upcoming presidential election, 45th President Donald J. Trump.
“So, an affidavit is about to drop showing the debate is fixed and what does the left do? Drop some bull**** about Loomer and Trump having an affair,” the account wrote. “These people are despicable human beings. They know exactly what they are doing. But nothing is going to save them. The affidavit will be dropped tomorrow afternoon and nothing in their bull**** can change the fact that they fix debates,, they fix primaries, they fix elections. There is not one thing democratic about the left, not one.”
The writer’s reference was to reports surfacing on Friday suggesting citizen journalist Laura Loomer and Trump maintain a “close” or “arranged” relationship, as comedian Bill Maher put it on Friday (warning: obscene language).
On July 31, Loomer broke the story that Harris’s husband, Douglas Emhoff, had an affair with his children’s nanny in 2009 reportedly resulting in a pregnancy and ending his marriage to Kerstin Emhoff in 2010.
The story was picked up by DailyMail.com, a UK-based publication which often reports on U.S. news.
On Friday, “Black Insurrectionist” said his attorney contacted ABC “advising them that myself and possibly others will be releasing the whistleblower affidavit over the weekend.”
Further, he claimed ABC’s public statements in response to rising suspicion that Harris was familiar with the questions beforehand do not constitute a denial of having provided “sample questions” to her campaign.
The ABC denials that have been put out thus far have not denied giving the Harris campaign “Sample” questions nor has @ABC denied negotiating assurances with the Harris campaign in regards to the Fact Checking of Donald Trump and the special accommodations on Podium and various other aspects of production that was meant to mislead the viewer. Furthermore, @ABC has not denied having separate negotiations with the Harris campaign without notifying or including the Trump campaign in those negotiations. And no, My attorney has not heard from anyone from the left.
He added his view that allowing until late Sunday would provide sufficient time for the whistleblower’s attorney and his client to review it prior to publication.
He also alleged the affidavit was signed and notarized on Monday, before the debate took place.
Also, for the simpletons who keep telling me to release the affidavit now, that redacting the affidavit only takes 20 minutes, you are clearly simpletons. An attorney will redact, make light changes, send for his client to review and then give me the Ok. Giving them until Sunday is not only reasonable, it is pretty da** quick considering what this person has to lose. The affidavit was notarized on September 9th, the day before the debate,–you suckers are doomed.
Responding to criticism of moderators Linsey Davis and David Muir’s conduct during the debate as well as a call from Democrat pollster and former Clinton adviser Mark Penn for an “independent” “investigation” into ABC’s pre-debate interaction with the Harris campaign, Davis issued a statement Friday in which she claimed the “fact-checking” in which she and Muir engaged, aimed at Trump only, stemmed from the June 27 debate between Trump and then-Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden.
After Biden’s performance, a burgeoning group from his own party demanded he withdraw from the race, to which he finally acceded on July 21.
“People were concerned that statements were allowed to just hang and not [be] disputed by the candidate Biden, at the time, or the moderators,” Davis told The Los Angeles Times the following day.
“ABC moderators fact-checked Trump five times, Harris zero times during [the] debate,” Fox News reported Wednesday.
BI’s subsequent statements say Harris was given “special accommodations” for the debate and that the perception that “separate negotiations” with her campaign had occurred had not been denied by ABC.

Subsequent posts on Saturday indicate he has pledged to release the affidavit between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM on Sunday. The Post & Email is unsure of the commenter’s time zone.
If its release is to be earlier, he said, he will provide a one-hour notice to his followers.
