(Jul. 23, 2024) — On Tuesday “The Dossier” Substack author Jordan Schachtel reported having spoken to a number of sources, in conjunction with Turning Point USA‘s Charlie Kirk, who reportedly informed them that last Wednesday, when the White House announced Biden had contracted COVID-19 and was taken to his home in Rehoboth Beach, DE from the campaign trail in Las Vegas, experienced a “medical emergency” and not a “positive” COVID-19 test.

Arriving in Delaware later Wednesday, Biden reportedly “isolated” and is expected to return to the White House Tuesday at approximately 2:30 p.m. EDT.

Despite allegedly having the coronavirus, which the CDC has considered highly contagious while a person is symptomatic and recommends wearing a mask, Biden reportedly met with advisers in person Saturday to devise a statement indicating his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential election Sunday afternoon.

Biden is also scheduled to deliver a public address Wednesday evening explaining the rationale for ending his re-election campaign.

After making visits to a Las Vegas Hispanic-owned grocery store and restaurant, Biden was scheduled to speak at the annual “UnidosUS” conference Wednesday afternoon but was whisked away to Delaware, allegedly with COVID.

Reportedly, Biden expressed concern “to protect” those in attendance as well as himself.

Some observers at the time remarked that Biden was unmasked as he was transported to Air Force One to leave for the East Coast.

On his TruthSocial account, Republican presidential nominee and 45th president Donald J. Trump first raised the question, then outright contended Biden “never had COVID.” Rather, Trump claimed on Monday Biden “doesn’t remember quitting the race yesterday!”

According to Schachtel on Tuesday, of comments made by Biden’s White House physician on Wednesday:

Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the president’s White House physician (and a family business partner), said Biden “presented this afternoon with upper respiratory symptoms, to include rhinorrhea (runny nose) and non-productive cough, with general malaise,” signaling that the president had nothing more than cold-like symptoms.

We are told a very different story. We have verified that several of the core elements in Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk’s viral X post from Monday are indeed true, according to law enforcement sources.

Kirk’s “X” tweet related his communication with “a source close to Las Vegas Metro” (Metropolitan Police Department).

According to mainstream media reporting, the LVMPD was involved in providing security to Biden and his entourage in the wake of the assassination attempt on Trump July 13.

“The official story was that Joe Biden’s trip was cut short last week due to COVID,” Kirk continued. Further, he wrote:

However, according to this source, US Secret Service informed LV Metro that there was an emergency situation involving Joe Biden and to close necessary streets so that POTUS could be transported immediately to University Medical, which they began to do in earnest. Then, mysteriously, there was a stand down order and the USSS informed local Vegas PD that they were going to “medivac” POTUS to Johns Hopkins, which they presumed meant fly him back east ASAP.

Early Tuesday afternoon, Kirk’s Twitter timeline contains the following comment from Jennifer Van Laar, Managing Editor at RedState.com:

Van Laar published an editorial earlier Tuesday stating that sources to the outlet reported “Biden had a sudden medical emergency and was headed toward University Medical Center trauma center before his team decided to ‘medivac’ him out instead, and that medical emergency was some type of neurological event like a transient ischemic attack.”

She further elaborated:

In light of the Biden administration’s poor record of truth-telling when it comes to POTUS’ medical condition, many people questioned whether that COVID diagnosis was a convenient way to get Biden out of the spotlight for a few days, or if there was more to the story. Based on the reporting of Charlie Kirk and Jordan Schachtel, portions of which were confirmed independently by RedState’s Brittany Sheehan, and exclusive details provided to RedState by a well-placed credible source, it seems that skepticism was justified. According to these sources, Biden had a sudden medical emergency and was headed toward University Medical Center trauma center before his team decided to “medivac” him out instead, and that medical emergency was some type of neurological event like a transient ischemic attack.

The Mayo Clinic defines the malady as:

a short period of symptoms similar to those of a stroke. It’s caused by a brief blockage of blood flow to the brain. A TIA usually lasts only a few minutes and doesn’t cause long-term damage.

According to stroke.org, “While a TIA doesn’t cause permanent damage, it’s a ‘warning stroke’ signaling a possible full-blown stroke ahead. When you first notice symptoms, get help immediately, even if symptoms go away.”

As Schachtel related, KSNV reported July 17:

A Las Vegas hospital was on standby after being alerted about a possible medical issue with President Joe Biden Wednesday afternoon while he was visiting Southern Nevada.

Law enforcement and medical teams gathered outside the University Medical Center trauma room entrance on Wellness Way in case the President of the United States arrived after he canceled an appearance at the Unidos US Convention in Las Vegas due to testing positive for COVID-19. Unidos US President and CEO Janet Murguía made the announcement to attendees who were waiting to hear the president speak.

President Biden did not seek medical treatment at the hospital but instead went to the airport and departed Las Vegas on Air Force One to self-isolate at his home in Delaware.

“I’m happy that commander-in-chief is safe and doing well,” Mason Van Houweling, CEO of UMC, said. “We prepare the perimeter set, lots of security measures, lots of training with our staff.”

Due to the hospital being the only Level 1 Trauma Center in Nevada, that’s where the president will go during a medical emergency.

Van Houweling said the hospital was alerted around 2:15 p.m. about a possible medical issue with the president.

According to possible presumptive Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris on Monday and a White House statement, Biden’s COVID symptoms had “almost resolved completely” after he was administered his “tenth dose of PAXLOVID,” an FDA-approved coronavirus medication.
