The Trial of Joe Biden

(June. 10, 2024) — What has never happened has happened. A former President has been tried and convicted of crimes that are virtually undefinable by a corrupt DA, judge and jury. This was nothing but a political show trial where the verdict was known before the onset of the trial and the purpose was to prevent him from running for a second term. The guillotine has fallen. This has set a precedent where all past and future Presidents will be afraid to act.  A sharpened two-edged knife has been added to a pendulum which has been set in motion, and no one is now safe.  Be careful of what you hope for.  Nations have fallen from misguided beliefs.

The following is one such possible trial entitled “The People vs Joseph Biden” where the actions of President Biden led a South Dakota Grand Jury to enable the DA there to indict him for crimes against the United States.  Precedence has already been set allowing a State to hold the trial for Federal crimes. The judge was known for supporting Conservative causes and her son had already raised $100 million to support the cause.  The jury was selected from a pool of Biden’s peers: Fundamentalist Christians, all members of the NRA. The jury was chosen and seated in a single afternoon.  The charges were multitudinous, but mostly unrelated to the primary charge of Treason.

The Prosecution opened with the fact that Biden showered with his daughter and then demonstrated a history of him sniffing little girls’ hair. The jury appeared mortified. The party really got started when Hunter Biden testified against his Old Man to save his own bacon.  He testified how Daddy-o colluded with the Chinese and Russians resulting in tens of millions of dollars in bribe money to flow to what was referred to as the Biden Crime Family. Joe Biden hobbled the American oil industry resulting in billions of dollars to flow to Russia and then to Iran.  As predicted by the former convicted President of a “bloodbath” in the automotive industry, President Biden proceeded to destroy that industry, causing massive Detroit layoffs as Americans had no choice but to purchase cars whose main components were built in China.  Pretty good money if you can get it. Later charges were levied from the abandonment of Afghanistan where the military bugged out of Bagram Air Force Base leaving hundreds, if not thousands, of American civilians behind and unprotected from the Taliban.  The Taliban were enriched by $80 billion of abandoned military equipment which was later sold to terrorists throughout the world and especially the Islamic Republic of Iran. Testimony was given by the DEI-riddled Joint Chiefs of Staff to save their own bacon.

The Coup de Gras came with testimony from Alejandro Mayorkas, another bacon saver, who claimed he was ordered by Biden to dissolve the Southern Border which allowed an army of military-aged men from hostile nations to invade the United States. The Illegals were given free cell phones, free room and board, free health care, free transportation and free education, although most couldn’t speak a word of English.  Ordinary Americans including Veterans were forcefully shoved to the back of the line while the IRS picked their pockets.  A 9/11 event times ten hobbled the American economy, but hey, Biden got rich.

The Defense opened with Corn Pop, who turned out to be a no-show, so ole Joe took to the stand to defend himself.  He blamed all of the above on President Trump, for real, man; no joke.  Biden mistakenly thought he heard “the Defense rests” and immediately fell asleep on the witness stand while emitting obnoxious and unspeakable odors. The disgusted judge then ruled. “Let’s move along and hand the case to the jury.” Her instructions to the jury were that y’all can find guilt from a menu of any or all of the above charges. As a result of hearing the instructions, the jury became confused and ordered Chinese food. Thirty minutes later, the jury was hungry again but found Biden guilty of Treason and of sniffing little girls’ hair. The new American Justice was once again served and the Pendulum continued to swing with its two-edged blades.

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
