Please do not pick Marco Rubio to be your VP.
Why?
1. Marco is a wise guy’s wise guise of a Constitutional “natural born [sole U.S.] Citizen” much like arrogant wise guys “Canada Cruz” and Obama and Kamala and other Constitutionally-ineligible wise guys.

In large part “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” is really “MAKE AMERICA CONSTITUTIONAL AGAIN,” yet picking dual-citizen Marco Rubio, born of parents of foreign allegiances and obligations, would be a mockery to the creators of the U.S. Constitution, particularly John Jay of New York, and an insult to all previous U.S. citizens who followed John Jay’s “natural born [sole-U.S.] Citizen” cause-clause right up until 08-28-08.

4. Fellow New Yorker John Jay wanted no foreign influence in the highest office of USA. Marco Rubio is a Latino who can naturally be expected to side with millions of illegal Latino aliens roaming our nation today. If you pick Marco to curry favor and votes from Latino voters, those Latino voters will naturally expect Marco, and you, to favor all decisions relative to amnesty and benefits and leniency for illegal Latino aliens, et al. Also, savvy Latino aliens would see that even if a Constitutionally-ineligible Latino-Rubio can be VP, so can they, too, some day.

5. Picking Marco Rubio as your VP would make you a burdened hypocrite that would undermine, and legally challenge, your entire term as President 47. While you did rightfully pride yourself publicly for forcing Constitutionally-ineligible FRAUD presIDent Obama to produce his fraudulent narrative-birth-certificate, it will be seen as hypocritical to now pick a Constitutionally-ineligible Marco Rubio as your VP. The “FAKE NEWS” media-mafia would have a heyday on relentlessly exposing this hypocrisy. Pick Marco to be your dual-citizen Cabinet member instead of being an illegitimate “duel-citizen” as your VP.

We know from historical records and from the way the US Constitution is framed that the Founding Framers relied heavily upon Emmerich de Vattel’s book, The Law of Nations or Principles of the Law of Nature (1758), as a crucial and fundamental guide when forming the US Constitution. The Founding Framers readily relied upon this book to frame Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 that specifies that only a natural born Citizen (nbC) shall occupy the office of the POTUS. An nbC is an individual who is/was born on US soil to two (2) US citizen parents. Additionally, Amendment 12, the last sentence, also specifically burdens the vPOTUS to the same eligibility requirements as the POTUS.
Research the history of the development of the US Constitution. The founding framers desired no FOREIGN influence in the highest office of the nation.
That’s why they added the natural born Citizen specification, whereas for the congress-critters, only the lower tier of plain-vanilla citizen would do. Also research all you can to understand who and what a natural born Citizen is. Ask yourself: how can a person who was granted US citizen status through a positive man-made law be given the title of a “natural born” Citizen.
Rubio, Haley, Cruz Ramaswamy, Jindal, Gabbard, Obama, and Harris are only STATUTORY US citizens. Babies Rubio, Haley, Jindal, Ramaswamy, and Harris were born on US soil to two (2) non-US citizen parents. Their parents were not “subject to the jurisdiction thereof, but instead were subject to the jurisdiction of the country(ies) of their foreign parents. As for Obama, he is an undocumented alien; no one knows what his birth circumstances are for sure.
I can’t explain the crazy unconstitutional actions done by the democrats and those of the republican party who dismiss Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 specification requiring that only a natural born Citizen be eligible for the POTUS, plus the reminder of Amendment 12 to also include the vPOTUS, but I am sure other commenters can.
Usurpers Barry HUSSEIN Obama, disguising as POTUS, and Giggles Harris, disguising as vPOTUS, did not meet this Constitutional requirement of an nbC.
These destroyers of the USA will pay some day by allowing Obama and Harris to usurp the Executive Office. The republican party does not need to get on this bandwagon, but they were close when McCain ran in 2008.
Agree with this poster that Rubio isn’t a Natural Born Citizen however he and many others on this site neglects to cite Congressional Resolution 511 where Congress explicitly stated that Natural Born Citizens are those whose parents are citizens as well.
That’s why it’s curious that Congress certified the 2020 election when Harris seemingly didn’t meet their own definition of Natural Born Citizenship and thereby ineligible.
How come they didn’t offer up a resolution for Harris like McCain? One guesses it might have been a difficult endeavor given their rationale for stating McCain’s eligibility.
After both parties committed treason by doing nothing to stop the ineligible, identity fraud con-artist Barack Hussein Obama from being sworn-in as the putative president and commander-in-chief of America’s military, both parties are happy with whatever they can do to effectively change NBC by running and electing more people who are not Constitutionally eligible.. This is because they know they committed treason with the installation of the fraud Obama, That treason can be punished with the death penalty.The possibility of that happening, even if they believe it is slim,will be much lower with anyone but Trump as president, and that is why we have a Uniparty attempting to insure Trump will not win in 2024.
