(May 31, 2024) — Yesterday, May 30, 2024, I sat down at my desk, which has a computer on it, without knowing in advance what I might be writing about concerning the sick state of affairs in our country. Note that I am not an attorney, legal scholar, or even an accomplished writer, but I am an American citizen and a patriot. I also am a military veteran, a retired law enforcement and criminal court officer, and still a registered Independent voter (although I plan to change my political affiliation to the Republican Party in the near future). Enough of my digressing. Now, let’s get down to it. I am thinking what that will be may depend on what the meaning of the word “is” is.
As most of you are aware, the American judicial system recently has become the Democrat Party’s number one way of WEAPONIZING AGAINST THEIR UNRELENTING POLITICAL OPPONENT, FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP. It will be the third time that Trump has been the GOP’s candidate for our country’s highest office. He won in 2016 (becoming our 45th president), but lost in 2020 (to Joe Biden, our country’s current and 46th president). Trump is running again in 2024 in an effort to become America’s 47th president. Biden may be the incumbent nominee of the Democrat Party, but I somehow am doubting it. Does the name “Obama” ring a bell (as in “Michelle” or maybe “Michael”)?
One of the first things that comes into my mind is WHY DOES DONALD TRUMP PERSIST IN WANTING TO BE PRESIDENT? He likes to say that We, the People, are being targeted by those whose political beliefs and philosophies are FAR LEFT, and that he, Donald Trump, is the one who is “standing in the way.” Please pardon me, but I often think that the opposite is true. In other words, it is Donald Trump who is the LEFT’s main target, and We, the People, are the ones who are “standing in the way.” Unfortunately, we have not been very successful thus far in defense of Donald Trump.
If you think I’m wrong, then just take a look at the litany of attacks which have been made against Donald Trump practically non-stop for the last eight years (four of those years as president, and the four additional years combined as a civilian prior to and after the presidency). How Donald Trump has been able to withstand this onslaught (IN THE FACE OF ALL OF THE WEAPONS WHICH THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION AND OTHERS HAVE “DREAMED UP” AND ARE USING AGAINST HIM AND HIS FAMILY) is almost beyond belief. Just so you will know, it is my opinion that there is no way that any human frailty or occasional unsavory behavior is enough to disqualify this undeniably extraordinary man, Donald Trump, from running again (a third time) for president of the United States, at a time in history when the dangerous realities in the world today are what they are.
5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time (2:30 pm Pacific Standard Time): THE ANNOUNCEMENT JUST CAME THAT TRUMP HAS BEEN CONVICTED ON ALL 34 FELONY COUNTS IN THE TRIAL IN MANHATTAN: FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN AN EFFORT TO DISGUISE A HUSH-MONEY PAYMENT MADE TO AN ADULT FILM ACTRESS PRIOR TO THE 2016 ELECTION.
This, my friends and readers, is a concoction (a “FANTASY” is another Merriam-Webster dictionary definition) of acting New York State Supreme Court Judge JUAN MERCHAN. He read the jury instructions for approximately one and one-half hours to the 12 jurors. Despite the fact that the charges were somewhat complex and difficult to understand, those charges were elevated to felonies (by some of Merchan’s legal sleight of hand?). All of this and more were not articulated or specified in legal terminology until the last day of the trial when the jury instructions were read. Did you ever hear about “DUE PROCESS?” By the way, I have never seen crimes which supposedly are felonies that DO NOT SHOW IN PRINTED FORM ON THE CHARGE SHEET WHAT U.S. CODE NUMBER AND SECTIONS WERE VIOLATED. Also, if these convicted charges are felony violations of federal law, then how can the case be heard in a STATE court? Oh, well, as I told you at the beginning, I am not a lawyer or a legal scholar. It looks to me as if there is someone else whose name we’ve been getting to know and who also might benefit from some education in the law.
What other things need to be said before I hear the proverbial knock on my front door (don’t bother; I’m 80 years old)? Allow me to tell you. Joe Biden and some in his family are criminals (persons who commit crimes). In my opinion, Joe Biden has trashed the United States (with Barack Obama and their Deep State, New World Order, CIA, radical Muslim, and other associates). Actually, Biden is NOT the one who has been calling the shots and making the big decisions. Unfortunately for him, however, he is the one “WHERE THE BUCK STOPS.” I keep wondering if the crimes of treason (U.S. Code, Section 2381) and sedition (U.S. Code, Section 2384) still exist. One thing I do know is that these two highest-of-all crimes are not being pursued.
Finally, there is no doubt in my mind that our federal government, the CIA and DOJ, the Democrat Party, the politicized national news media, and others not herein named have been WEAPONIZED AGAINST FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP. It is obvious that this is happening, but what may not be so obvious to some of you is WHY? I will now tell you only that, in my opinion, President Trump knows “where the skeletons are buried.” Those who have shown themselves to be traitors and hate America are trying to silence him forever. As I have said many times before, the TRUTH must be told for the sake of a complete honest history and the knowledge which can be acquired from it for success in the future.

IMO the weaponizing of the CIA and DOJ was already done in preparation for the installed, ineligible, identity fraud con-artist Barack Hussein Obama. ……Soros, John Brennan, and of course Obama himself want America destroyed, and it was decided doing this from the inside by installing the race and once sworn-in ineligibility protected Barack Hussein Obama would get the job done. Not only would they not have to defeat America’s military, they would own it and could weaken and/or direct the military however Obama and his puppet-masters wanted. They also knew they would need an after Obama cover president to cover for the treason they committed by not stopping the installation of the fraud Obama. When the chosen Hillary failed and lost to Trump both parties panicked, and now their job is to keep Trump from being president again to protect themselves. There is no statute of limitations on treason and the penalty can be hanging. That explains why they will apparently do whatever is necessary to prevent Trump from winning 1n 2024……..to protect themselves………….
